@Jferrari427 That's a fair point, the EPA estimated combined fuel economy difference is around 10 mpg, so the mileage numbers aren't that similar but by our calculations it would take over a decade to make up the difference driving around 10k miles/year.
We would however argue that the Prius does have a nicer interior and offers more space inside as well as more "green" features, like the special plastics and optional solar-powered air circulation system.

The digital interface has to be inspected by AIVC-NASA and the rest of the car has to be tested for check list based all round complete checks, please respond.

What the reviewer failed to mention is the Prius is an economy car that isn't priced like one. A new Prius will run you $25,000 for entry level. My 2011 Honda Insight gets almost the same mileage for $5,000 less. That's enough money saved to fuel it for years!

@newcars701 I own a 2010 Prius II - the baser model - which cost me $21,750. I get 52.7 mpg so far over 20,388 miles. Looked at the Insight - I like Honda cars - but for the few $ difference it had a much larger back seat - the Insight had poor headroom/legroom - felt cramped - and better mpg. That said, I've heard of drivers getting much better than advertized mpg with the Insight. Love the look of the CRZ too.

@Jferrari427 The insights has one compromise which doesn't suit the motoring public. During hot summers, while driving in ECO mode the a/c compressor actually turns off when the gasoline engine isn't running. Very hot uncomfortable ride.
