NDAA is the most important requirement

Hello I bought the unv one, but I have been having problems with the p2p, I can see the camera live but only with the Lan wifi connection, but as soon as I leave the wifi range I can't see it anymore, that means I can't see it remotely. I scanned the qr code but it say the device is offline but is connected and on. What should I do?

      Hello Richard,
You may enable DHCP, and set the DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 to see if that helps.
We have a guide here as well -> support.nellyssecurity.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046386374-EZCloud-Displaying-Offline
If none of that helps, i would advise either reaching out to the distributor you purchased the UNV camera from, or Uniview support directly.

Thank you for the information on these.
I am just a home owner and am looking for WAY better cameras than what Vivint has to offer. Please don’t bash me for it, I didn’t know any better at the time of purchase.
My question is, is there a way to have a truly closed circuit camera system anymore? Ie the Patriot act allowing OUR government to look at my feeds. Another way to put is how do we stop our government from doing what they accuse the CCP for doing?
I am also looking for US made and have found Arecont Vision or Axis. Any thoughts on these brands? Yes very expensive I know. Do you know of any that have color night vision like UNV color hunter or Hikvision color vue?
    Thank you.

If you keep the system disconnected from your router / internet, then it will be closed off from the outside world. That will limit you to only viewing locally though!

Ok thank you. Is there a way I can view the feeds on a mobile device while I am on my local network?
