    Morning
    Just a quick one. Is it procedural for disciplinary hearing to sit more than 3 times? Can the charges be withdrawn and re-introduced completely different? Can mitigation and aggravation be postponed.

      You raise quite a few good questions.
      A disciplinary hearing can sit any number of times (as long as different charges)
      charges can be withdrawn
      mitigation can be postponed

    When the company accuses of fraud without evidence. And later at ccma say is because you did number 1 that's why we dismissed you for number 2 instead of number 1. Is that an unfair dismissal or its fair?
