Thank you so much for watching! ❤ So the twist are super light! I cannot say as far as swimming, I have not tried that. If I had to guess I'd say swimming is ok but I don't know if I would fully submerge under water. It is synthetic hair and it may tangle really bad/matte.

How many packs of the jamaican hair you used ?
I used 5 packs with 2 pieces on each twist. It is very light weight that way.

Honestly depends on the hair texture! On me this last a good 3 weeks. 😊
