I to, just ordered the combo set with extra blades and cutting pads. Wanted this for awhile. Have been wanting a Byrne's Model Machines table saw but, Jim recently passed away and it seems the tools won't be made anymore. There's no reason to wait for what you want while your life churns on ...Buy iy! Steve
Absolutely! Anyone who enjoys working with tools will appreciate using either of these. I've seen Byrnes website, that would be a shame if they're not carried on. My sympathies to his family, he was too young for that.
I first became aware of the Ultimation tools through your videos a year or so back. Originally put off by the price, I finally took a deep breath and ordered both complete with the work stop attachments for each. Always concerned with buyers remorse, I awaited the delivery. What I received was the most well made and designed equipment I’ve ever seen for model making! They both are true game changers, and I’m so glad I took the plunge! On the customer service side, they are just as good! I called Al about missing knobs on my Slicer, and in a few days had them! Over the last year I’ve had several different conversations with Al (he prefers real talk to texts!) and he’s the real deal! If you’re a model builder and looking for ways to up your game, place the order! You won’t be disappointed!
Greg, after watching your video I decided to take the plunge so I purchased the Ultimation tool offer that includes the slicer, sander and repeater. Upon opening the boxes I realized what a game changer these are. The first thing that impressed me was the overall size and quality of these products. On the downside I will no longer be able to blame the tool for the lack of quality of my work:-) These tools are simply inspiring!
Yes, I've been carrying the guilt of emptying many a wallet while bringing structure building to a new level. LOL They really are wonderful tools. I've just come up from my workbench where I'm using them both on an O-scale scratchbuild I'm doing. And the downside you fear may not materialize, as you may find the quality of your work now causing you to look at older projects and saying "If only...." Thanks for watching, happy modeling.

I have both of these tools and the quality is fantastic. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for and these tools are worth every penny to me.
I couldn't have said it better, Joe. Thanks for watching.
It is very enjoyable and relaxing to watch your videos. Thank you
Thank you, Roman. Very kind of you to say.

Amen! I couldn't have said it better, Tom, and I'm so glad you like them. I am still using one or both almost every day that I'm modeling.

Very good video Greg, saving to get a set. Keep up the instructional videos.
Thanks, Todd. Good tools are always worth their cost in the long run.
Nicely done, Greg. Love my sander…gonna look into the slicer.👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks, Dave. I'd hate to have to choose which I find more useful, but I know which one I use more often.
Don’t worry Greg, your video was very well made & informative. 😊
Thanks, Roy. 👍
Thanks for the sharing. Question: can you cut little piece of linden or pine? Again thanks.👋
Thanks, Richard, sorry for the late reply. I have cut pine up to 1/8", but that kinda maxed it out. I don't know about linden, never tried.
