Hi miss, its Jason F from one of your RE classes im in year 10 now you taught me in year 9, i was gutted when you left you where one of my favourite teachers and my parents favourite teacher lol, hop your doing well and i hope your youtube channel goes well
I honestly think the Joyo DI is a bit of an improvement over the Behringer. The EQ is better, for sure. And wow! Your Flight Mini JB sounds so good!! Seriously, I listened with my airpods and was amazed. Of course, it has to be the second best of the basses you played, because my heart belongs to Pinky. 💖LOL!
We share the same tone preferences. I never cared for overdrive whether playing a ukulele bass or a bass guitar. I know there are benefits in using various degrees of overdrive and distortion for rock recordings when the bass is distorted but I'm not a fan of it. The JOYO is an economical substitute for the Tech21NYC Sansamp. Dialed in the way you demonstrated it, I agree with the comment below that it's better than the Behringer version. Excellent video once again.
Enjoy that Hughes & Kettner while you can, because it will make 300-decibel guttural sounds for 11 seconds and then die. It’s only a matter of time, and not much of that.

I like the Gain setting a bit higher but don't hear much with the Presence button. Overall seems like a nice value.
thanks!
hi miss im watching this to destract my self cus one of my dogs just had to get put down cus she had a stroke last night also the preamp is cool
Could you recommend a good bass electric guitar tuner ?
Need to find a Uke bass with the $$ style pickups, the Warwicks sound soo much better to my ears.

Well so far so good. Haven’t had any issues with it yet and I’ve had it a few years.
dommage ,le son des basses est un peu loin ,on ne distingue pas trop les différences,la voix est tres presente
