    Looks like you have a nice big yard to work with. I'm looking forward to seeing how things develop.

    Maybe make a video about the battery conversion? Just curious to see other methods.

      Honestly, I don’t know. Maybe in the future, but right now everything is boxed up.

    What are the diameter curves you run on your railway?

    • @jrrailroad7631
      @jrrailroad7631  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mostly 10-12 feet diameter. The tightest I run is 8’ but I prefer the wider curves...they look more natural.

      @@jrrailroad7631 Are those like a piko r5 or r7 curve. What brand of track do you use?

    • @jrrailroad7631
      @jrrailroad7631  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ya Piko R5 is 8 foot diameter and Piko R7 is 10 ft diameter so R7 would be what I would use if you have the room. All my track is LGB. I had a bunch of LGB R1 4 ft diameter track that I no longer used so I re-bent all that out into 10 and 12 ft diameter. It was a lot of work and very difficult. As your train collection grows and trains get bigger, you’ll be glad if you started out buying the big diameter track from the beginning.

      Yea that’s the plan. I’m taking my time and trying to plan it out right now. Thanks.
