Hi Philipp, I have followed your tutorial, however the solution is not working, as the Butterrfly_loadprobesvalue components are failing to find the probe folder. It is attempting to find the probe folder folder in "Users\username\butterfly\indoor_airflow\postProcessing\probes , but I can see that this folder "postProcessing" does not exist. I can see there is a probes document in "systems" folder. I also attempted to create a probes folder to a new "postProcessing" folder. Do you have any suggestions? Even when I try to use the script from the example files folder, it comes up with the same error message as a red component. FYI, I am using Rhino in Admin (the file is in meters), and have BlueCFD 2017 installed too.

Hi Phillip, I'm utilizing this test to examine airflow for my architecture project, I'm stuck around 12 minutes in on the loadProbesValue segment: I've narrowed the problem down to the fact that my folder for this case "indoorflow" [plugged into the caseFromGeos module] does not have a postProcessing folder that has U values in it [I tried substituting the postprocessing folder from a test file and it worked, albiet there were more U values so more arrow vectors]. How do I generate this U file for my specific file? Am I missing a program or download? Thank you!
you might want to check the bideo at arround 9:45 - You need to specify the field before you can retrieve the values from it. Did you install Blue CFD (bluecfd 2017)?

Hi philipp, i manage to get to the vector part. However my factor comes out rather huge cover the whole space and only lines were seen. i am unable to view the solid black arrows like yours and they all coverge to one point of my surface.

Hello Philipp I tried to follow your steps but when i tried to connect all geometries blocks as walls, inlet & Outlet to the block case from geometries i had an issue to connect all geometry together it took only one of them Please help me with that
You might need to check the mesh resolution of the objects. Maybe you need to send me a screenshot if the problem persists...just note that I'm traveling at the moment and won't be home before in 2 weeks.

I then started trouble-shoot from the beginning, 1. Follow the steps on the installation video 2. reinstalled both OpenFOAM 2017-2 and Butterfly 3. Opened Rhino 7 in Admin mode 4. Rebuilt the script (after copy-paste failed) 5. Same issue occurred, failing to load probes 6. I thought it was my windows 11 issue so I switched to another computer with window 10 and followed all the process again but the same issue occured. What should I do next?

@@hue427 you could try to use one of the sample files to test if you system works.
the samples files are in the installation folder.

Can we make walls and openings parametrically ? So we can optimize the position of openings after calculating the flow.
Yes you can but you need to re run the calculation each time you change the position.
@@PhilippGalvanDesign can we combine it with Galapagos to get most optimum airflow from the combo of parametric wall+opening and the air flow.

Have you setup your blue CFD environment?
Also l did you try one of the example files?
Another thing to look out for is your user name in windows. Needs to be plain English, no special characters or spaces... I think...
