    So so great! I love this! Would love to see more of these. Maybe Alessandro could really put the Strega through its paces? Haven't seen him really jam with it. Or even Caterina Barbieri, Ben Frost, Rob A.A. Lowe, Daniel Avery, and Julianna Barwick- he mention them testing it. Oh, and a dream come true would be Tony previewing some new tunes from his Aventures LTD. release! Cannot wait for that!

    This is great. Panic Girl is awesome. Really appreciate you spotlighting female artists. Really hoping to see this niche of electronic/modular/tape diversify more and more. Please feature artists of color too (I know you have here and there). Please keep this up and keep pushing your company in this direction, both in who you feature here and who you hire. So much talent we miss out on when we get too homogenous. Anyway, thanks for posting this! How awesome.

    Nice demonstration of your setup and thought process, love the use of voice and cassette tape recordings mixed in with all the electronics.

    Where can we buy the cool woodblock modules that Panic Girl has in her video?

    • @MAKEN0ISEMUSIC
      @MAKEN0ISEMUSIC  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you mean the Cocoquantus (bottom left of the screen), it is an instrument by Ciat Lonbarde. At the moment I believe Patch Point Berlin is the only authorized dealer. The unpatched module in the bottom left of the case appears to be a Bastl Grandpa.

    I have cocoquantus how are you feeding into euro rack voltage wise ? Or are you just using in audio ? Great vid btw 😀

    • @PanicGirlVids
      @PanicGirlVids 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hey Martin! I'm not feeding the Cocoquantus into my modular, I connected it straight to my mixer. And thx, glad you liked it:)

    Really lovely. I have been doing modular for a year now and only just starting to get a grip of it. Is the tape machine going straight to the mixer? Also how is morphagene playing are you sequencing it. I have morphagene and i struggle with the best way to use it in songs. Thanks for your help.

    • @PanicGirlVids
      @PanicGirlVids 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks so much Steve. Yes exactly, the tape is going straight into my mixer and I'm syncing the Morphagene via its Play Gate Input. I hope that helps!

      @@PanicGirlVids Fantastic music and performance.
      May I ask what mixer you use for you home studio? I am currently looking for a mixer for home use but find myself overwhelmed by the choice. I have a mixture of modular and semi-modular synths along with other sound equipment.
      Any advice would be welcome, Thanks.
