    If you disconnect you battery and your MPPT is at full load, and 4-phases have concentrated energy in toroidal coils, after you BMS disconnect battery, voltage spike from accumulated energy will destroy caps and FETs or IGBTs, also CC-CV algo is not good, because it take long time to charge battery with low current in CV mode, and hight voltage at cells will destroy your electrolyte and after few hundred cycles, battery will have lower capacity and high resistivity and will deterriorate even faster. BMS has to communicate with Charger/MPPT/Inverter, because if not, it is very hard to dissipate e.g. 100 A x 4.2 V, if one cell is bad and another 13 cells are at low voltage.
