- Today I am showing you two garage sales that I went to in order to find items that I could flip online for a profit. I ended up scoring a bunch of vintage / retro video games as well as another group of items that I can sell via FBA. I hope you enjoy this ride long and treasure hunt!

To be clear since it’s come up a few times in the comments…
When I asked to make a deal on everything I wasn’t asking for a discount. I was asking for a total price to simplify things. Because he said earlier that he had thousands of games and we were talking about sorting through them. Which would take forever to sort and count 1000s of games. I was just trying to simplify the purchase. I didn’t care if it was more or less then the marked price. Obviously I offered / paid him more then he was asking at the end. Twice.

I would take the time to sort through everything … what’s the rush? No competition around .. amazing games for a buck a piece.. resellers are so crust haha.

Yeah kinda crazy to want someone to go even lower than $1 a piece. You're already gonna make a killing off that stuff no need to haggle.

Very poor etiquette. $1 each and still asking for a bulk deal. Even after you pressured him to go and get the others from inside.
To be clear I asked to make a deal on everything so I wouldn’t have to go through and check each game and count them all out. It was potentially thousands of games like he said at the start of the interaction and that would take forever. I just wanted a price on everything. I didn’t care if it ended up being a bit under or a bit over. I just wanted to make a bulk deal so I didn’t have to sort through thousands of games right there. Obviously I didn’t care if the deal came out to a bit more, I gave him more the a buck each for them anyway after I did count them.
Jees what a score. As a collector this is what I dream of. The right move is just get them all for sure.

That first sale was crazy!! That Pink tv on the table was also something to check out- I’ve seen them and they are Disney princess tvs. can be 150-400 depending on model and how complete they are

Wow that's the motherload of video games to find at a yard sale..I thought I did well this spring at a hard sale where I bought about 40 games at 50 cents each...the best were a Sealed Zelda and a mario. Man nice score...most sales I go to I may find just a handful of games if lucky

Nice buys ben. I hit a lot of twilight zone vhs episodes on vhs at goodwill. Bout 43 of them with 2 episodes per tape. They wanted just under $2 ea ($65+) but I got manager to give me lump discount price of just $32 for all of them. Their comps go for all as 1 lot for $70-$125

Great haul! I did notice in the first yard sale there is a Disney princess CRTV sitting on the table with the crown on top. Those are worth a few hundred bucks! It was a pink crtv

I call that the rogue garage sale, when your driving from sale to sale and see a sign for a sale that wasn't posted online always gotta go, those are always the ones you score at because noone has been there!
💯 some of the best finds defiantly come from the rogue ones. I always called it free styling like they said on American pickers 😆
Yep and rouge estate sales that are family run can have some insane hauls for dirt cheap.

I’ve never thought to do one because there’s already a bunch of guides out there on TH-cam so I’ve never considered it. Plus amazon had an in house guide themselves.
