Both Sean Connery & Roger Moore were great bonds. The movies were awesome!!!. Action packed!. Had them on video, dvd & now blu ray. I’d put a bond movie on when I was really bored & wanted real action. Sean & Roger were my heroes in the 80s!!!!. Rest in peace bonds.
SEAN CONNERY and ROGER MOORE are the 2 great James Bond stars, who completed 7 films each. Supported by Moneypenny, M & Q , Gogo etc., are proper supporting team and nothing can not replace and that charm & enthuasism ended

Moore never took himself too seriously in the role, which is what made his take on the character -- charming and roguishly handsome, but also funny and self-deprecating -- perfect for the Bond films of the 1970s and early '80s. Most were either good (LALD, Octopussy, Moonraker) or very good (TSWLM, FYEO) and with plenty of thrills and action. But they also lightened things up with genuine humor and often slapstick action sequences that were of course preposterous -- but oh so much fun as well.
Nice collection, love the attention to detail. Moore is my personal favorite Bond. RIP Sir Roger.

Sir Roger Moore was born to be James Bond and I'm sure Ian Fleming would agree that Roger Moore brought his character to life exactly as he envisioned. No one will ever duplicate his portrayal as agent 007, all others are merely play acting, Moore was James Bond. He was handsome, suave, and disarming, the perfect Bond in every way. Thank you Sir Roger for giving us all of those brilliant and memorable performances of everyone's favorite secret agent, you will never be forgotten whenever James Bond is mentioned. May you rest in peace.

I crew up on Roger Moore as Bond (may he R-I-P). He was great as 007. Brosnan played Bond close to how Moore had and Craig took it to a whole new level of Bond excellence. But Moore was the man. Me and my older brother saw a lot of Moore as Bond movies together. We also liked the TV show 'The Saint' starring a pre-007 Roger Moore so we where happy when we learned he would be getting the nod to take over as the next Bond.

It has been my faysong since I was 8….I am 60 now….EVERY time I hear it, it moves my soul and I get chills. I’ve heard a lot of music…this song changed the of a little girl musically…

How does everyone feel about George Lazenby's 1 Bond film of "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" and how he played Bond in that film?? IDK how to feel about him myself being as he only appeared in 1 film. I would've liked to have seen him in at least the next one "Diamonds Are Forever" just to see how he would've played Bond in that movie as opposed to Sean Connery reprising the role of Bond again in that movie!

In a British TV interview, Roger Moore said that the Saint Character of Simon Templer and his Bond were "basically the same" which, means that he modified Simon Templer to play Bond. If you were to watch any of the old Saint episodes, his Templer was the same as his Bond, in many ways. Moore was a great actor.
