It's a package skin. Similar to Seer's Noir skin, it's purchased offline (not in-game). You can only get the skin if you buy the full package once it restocks, or from resellers (wouldn't recommend).
i hate priestess sm (im a surv main). this skin is so corny + it makes me mad that she just continues getting skins, like bro she JUST got her new s limited skin omfg
tbf as a company you want to make money and priestess makes them money!! im an alice main i wish she'd get her a tier by now but it makes sense as a business decision to give a nice t&i skin to priestess
@@noice9193Probably because global shipments haven't started yet. CN usually gets theirs first and global follows a month or so later. Don't worry though, ours will arrive soon^^
