Another tip is that if the seer sends “forget about saiving, go for the tie”, it means that the hunter can make damage without using normal attacks

What does it mean??
@@Bee_Bommeans the hunter can deal chip damage like sculptor or bonbon
1) dungeon has different speeds when opening: faster when all remaining teammates leave via exit gate, slower when all remaining teammates are eliminated.
2) breakable walls remove crow (from being idle), same as using gardener's skills.
3) break the walls in red church as pre-emptive measure as those zones are dead kiting zones
4) when the hunter is dream witch, take the leech hit and not from the main follower. also, "prime" the deleeching as this requires the hunter to take additional steps especially during end-game
4) if the hunter is mary, you hear the mirror cue and you're decoding, stay away from the cipher as a pre-emptive measure and make sure the mirror is not facing you
5) save your resources for endgame: elbow pads, mech bot, football, etc are essential for end-game
6) know when to heal and not to heal. there has been way too many instances wherein the teammate kiting is dead on chair, but people choose to heal up instead of priming a cipher
a trick about leech is keep the leech at 99% if it's not controlled to chase you keep an eye on your leech if it's being used to chase someone else because if you remove leech while teammates is balloon then removing it will rescue your teammate immediately
The tip for delaying rescues i didn't know you can make chair time so long.. unfortunately people i get matched with even insta rescue like not buying time at all:/
Yeah! I was really surprised when I first found about it and how long you can delay the chair time! But oof. That is really unfortunate. And that's why I play with a team. 😅
I'm one of the person who sometimes insta rescue 😅 and I have reasons for it, one of them is that when the chair line is almost past the line, I often got panic expecially if the hunter is there, terror shock is the least I worried, but my hand trembling when touching the chair 🥺 more reasons to panic when the hunter can do 2 time hit!
@@musart_time5967 its okay, practice makes perfect! With time i believe that you'll be less stressed! Just remember to breathe and watch the hunter like when they will swing, and some hunters like naiad and luchino have a really fast swing,so people are more likely to make mistakes its much easier to ts, and don't be mad at urself if u do.

Some things I’d like to add for specific hunters:
Against Percy, don’t escape a chase through a priestess long portal if ur not the priestess. Percy only needs to down you to chair you. Escaping thru the portal is giving Percy a free chair, and instantly puts you one step closer to elimination.
Against Joseph as barmaid, don’t drink after taking your first hit while kiting. The drink only lowers your fear by 1/2, so it’ll leave you at 1/4 injury, which is still OME hit away from being downed for Joseph. Drinking does nothing to extend your kite in this case, and it only wastes your drink. Save your drink until you get rescued, or if you escape the chase give it to someone who needs it more, or wait until he takes a photo to drink. (This seems like common sense but I’ve seen way too many barmaids drink after taking their first hit)
I’ll add on more if I think of more, and if anyone else has more feel free to comment them here :)
The photo one works in case you had a 3/4 damage, Joseph takes a photo and he doesn't find your photo self during that time, so survivors should also double check if Joseph is in the photo world and moreover, if he's near you. That way, with your 1/4 damage in real world and 3/4 in photo world, you get a solid 1/2 remaining to heal again properly

That one about "dont dance at the exit gate" got me tbh. I have faced enough survivors (both as a surv and a hunter because dual faction) who emote at the exit gate, and its so painful when they do the confused emote and then eat shit when hunter downs them. Like okay, maybe the hunter had a really bad game and they couldn't down anyone, or maybe you guys are a good team. Though, emoting kinda... fuels the spite the hunters have and if its a BQ, you're bound to go down lmao
(I say this as a spiteful BQ main because I hate when surv mains emote and eat shit after. Like damn, if the exit gate is open, LEAVE.)
But yeah its more of a psa because survs keep doing it: unless you're a merc who's fully healed or you're there to body block anyone who's being chased, LEAVE THE MATCH. Don't emote or else karma will bite you in the ass.
(also I didn't knew you can remove Wax Artist's wax like. Holy shit?? thats wild UDHRFIRE)
Oh, yeah! I have had teammates like that who even go outside of the exit gate (with crows) to taunt a hunter like BQ and then they die from a mirror hit. It's really frustrating, but sometimes really satisfying to see them getting their ass handed back to them. xD
Memorize the maps.
Learn strength and weakness of every character in game(Hunters and Survivors)
Focus on winning the game not escaping,don't focus on escaping by yourself
Master survivors that could kite and harass the hunter.
Learn the tips and tricks for hunters
This seems alot but its the only way to truly become the ultimate survivor, as the ultimate survivor is the one the team could rely on💪💪💪💪
People usually don't know how to wait others in the gate, instead they stay there just to dance or taunt the hunters 😭
What’s psa means?
As an embalmer main, staying in game is totally valid if you still have a coffin.
two tips:
1. merc.
some people don't know that until he reaches an "injured" state, borrowed time will not work on him. so pop the ciphers accordingly. also, if a merc did the last rescue before cipher pop, BODYBLOCK FOR HIM. you want a mercenary to be at full health during detention, just in case.
second, a scenario: 3 alive. 1 chaired, 1 decoding and 1 injured.
what you should do: depends as always. typically the uninjured survivor will want to decode the last cipher so if the hunter teleports to them, they won't get downed. (but it also depends on who is the nearest to the chair.) so how should the injured survivor rescue?
you do NOT let the hunter see you, just hide nearby and give tinnitus. don't be seen no matter what. the plan is to wait for the cipher to be primed, go in for the rescue, get downed and then the cipher will pop and THEN you will rescue.
just adding this because my teammates don't ever understand what to do in this situation and end up throwing 🥲
Also, this isn't really much of a tip but if possible, use a skin that seems dark or blend in with the map xD I remember I use a dark skin for FO and Geisha was trying her best to find me since I wanted to do a detention rescue. I managed to do it in the end. It helps a bit considering some maps are dark.
Note: whenever you decode a cipher; assume blink is up. It takes roughly 1 min to decode a cipher depending on who you’re playing. usually when I approach 69% decoding progress, I let my teammates know blink will be up soon. Also, if you do a good kite and the hunter hasn’t blinked, look behind to see the position of the hunter for a potential blink. It’s hard, but definitely doable
If you're gardner (with bubble) or seer (with owl) you can rescue with detention too but it's more risky in case you're dealing with a meta hunter
How and what's meta hunter
Meta hunters are characters that, as how the state of the game currently is, can easily tie or win a game because they have good skills. Take for example Naiad or Opera Singer, both can easily down someone because their abilities allow them to do so.

I always use gardener bc she is rlly good rescuing! when she has the bubble she cannot take a terror shock, and is rlly good when u have to rescue while the hunter has detention
Yeah! I love using Gardener sometimes and that bubble is just so helpful when everyone else is injured! 👌
Yeah and whenever someone gets rescued, I make sure to break their chair when they run so if they get captured again they can likely struggle their way out.

I surprised you know this trick :o But this trick is really useful against Polun (Breaking Wheel) when he camping the chair with Wheel form in order to give the chaired survivors 2 spikes so he/she cannot kite longer.
I would recommend you doing this when it's Polun, and the best moment you should rescue is when he change the wheel form into the normal form.

i wanna add some very very niche tips too that i dont see people do except for really high tiers or me
1) When you try to execute a detention rescue because hunter moved away from it and youre on the other further gate to the chair, take the "back" route aka the long route to get there since 98% of hunter would use the quickest route from the other gate to the other, and if you plan to do it, please atleast let the detention have around 30-50 secs remaining, you can go earlier if you have a stun item since most hunter wouldve changed their excitement to teleport or blink
2) if you are bodyblocking for a teammates that's dead on chair, dont be afraid to trade your first chair for their last one, this way there would atleast be 3 or even better, 4 of you alive at late game, which could mean a win or at the very least, a tie
3) if its late game, and theres only 2 of you left and one of you get chaired, dont be afraid to risk rescuing since either way youre gonna get a lose so risk the 1 man escape for a tie
4) This is specifically for painter user, use your painting after vaulting a window if the hunter is a bit far from you, itll force them to vault the window and you can revault it before they vault, if youre lucky they might have confined space which would force them to change target or take the long route to continue chasing you (best map to this on is Red Church Main building windows)
5) Another rescue one (damn i dont even know i have alot of rescue tips), try to stay out of a camping hunter tinnitus range until youre ready to rescue, this could open the window for the hunter to go away from the chair to "proxy camp" so you could rescue safely
6) If a teammate brings 129 (BW+ Flywheel) and is getting the last chase before cipher pop and youre close to them, dont be afraid to get 1- 2 hits for them if you have borrowed time since you would be able to get up again once the cipher gets primed, the 126 teammate would not which would get chaired and it will all go downhill from there
I think thats all the tips i have that i dont see anyone do except for me (Funfact, im a painter main who use flywheel and broken window so i could kite 3-4 cipher min and 5 cipher max)

the triggering tinnitus at one gate while your teammates run to the other gate can also be useful if you are explorer and there's grass and the hunter relies mostly on normal hits

Here are my tips:
On a contrary to the vid's tip dont waste pallets. Dont drop them if you aren't kiting. And dont drop god pallets unless ur life depends on it. It ruins a kite- risks a ts-and overall a bad time. Maximize their value and mind game the crap out of them to waste time.
There are certain chairs that give the hunter an advantage other than basement. Dead chairs are chairs that make camping so much easier since it limits a survivor's movement or there is no where to run after you get rescued. Cipher chairs are chairs that allow the hunter to camp you and harass ciphers nearby.
There are situations where bodyblocking is harmful. It doesn't guarantee safety and it may even give the hunter an advantage by delaying your team and feeding them presence . And there are some hunters where you have to bodyblock differently- with ann rescuers shud take the cat and mind distance, with ripper's foggy blades you have to make distance so that it wont pierce the both of you. Mercenary shouldn't be blocking hits from Joseph and clown unless you have a healer.
When your tideturner turns red from a failed bodyblock you have to switch with your rescuer and bodyblock them to avoid a double-down.
i think the video is great. I actually knew all of it but it was still nice to remind myself оf it :) I think you should do the next part, perhaps including some characters interactions, like priestess big portal+perfumes etc..
Oh, yep! I am planning on it. Maybe on another milestone. Some scenarios are hard to get footage of unless I play ton of matches.

Hello I came here from your Reddit's post and has been wondering what your channel is so I'm glad to finally able to find it and I just wanna say, thanks a lot for making this tips, although most of it I do know, the one with the cooldown on surrender's button is really neat, I do heard about it before but had no idea how exactly it worked so with your guide, it helped me to learn a lot about it.
Now I just hope that those random know how to play according to your guide because being a solo in low tier, it can be really hard or tricky to pull any of this correctly.

Btw I'm not sure if you've done this already but if you're a Perfumer, you can removed the cat the same way you did with the crow so there's that if you want to counter Ann as her.

It took me a while to understand that we can actually see where the teammates is through ping from the radar, that was like 6 months since I've started playing, the in game tutorial back then weren't really helpful but it's fun learning it slowly though can be a pain at most. I hope those newbie will come by watching your guide too, we need more player that has game sense and understanding of the game after all for better random experience. (Plus I also learnt a lot of new stuff from those in the comment here too so double the understanding)
The thing about decoding the cipher when the hunters' are camping it. The first time it happened to me, I saw someone decode another cipher and and another teammate and I were "trying" to decode that cipher the hunter was camping. To kinda buy time and make sure she doesn't notice the other cipher.
Oh, yes! We do that strategy, too. xD But unfortunately, if it's solo queue, randoms won't listen even if you tell them to decode another cipher machine. 🥲

I main feaster so if you could do some tips for him I would love to keep mastering him. Even tho he’s slow and a good build for him too. The higher I go in tiers the less I wanna play him. He’s so easy to kite or loop.

a little jospeh trick: if you get downed while photoworld is active, crawl into photoworld, he will not be able to chair you or force you out if you keep crawling out. Most Joseph players dont realize this, so you will waste a lot of the hunters time, espcially on lower tiers

Try to get solo escape with dungeon in worse case scenario. The higher your score the less points you lose in low ranks lol
While nightmare’s crow is on a cipher, you can also use mechanics bot to remove the crow!

You shouldn't body block the first and second chair if you rescued with tide, and if you haven't been chaired (or you're not dead on chair) double body block for a person that's dead on chair.
To add on 8:59, escape is a trait that is exclusive to the 3 persona branch (Borrowed Time). So, yanno... If you're somehow one those survs who doesn't run 3-
About em the rescue. I'm main Mercenary, and sometimes happens I'm too far. People don't understand I can't teleport to the rocket chair just because I'm a rescuer and they kept wait until I do a miracle. Even if they're much closer than me. "Do your job mercenary"

Slowing down rescue is very important, although may I ask when one should use that? In most situations it's not applicable :0 and fake rescuing would give you a higher chance of a terror shock/failed rescue
Typically, when you need to prime ciphers. You use the chair delay trick when the hunter is not camping your teammate (on their second chair) and the hunter is harassing someone who is decoding, but this is done when you're still a full team so someone is still decoding. Some people rush into the rescue before ciphers are primed, which could get their teammate killed before the last cipher pop if there is no tide turner, but by delaying the chair time, you give your teammates time to decode.

Well, you do it when the hunter and you have some distance. But I probably wouldn't recommend a Mind's Eye doing this.

With that hermit clip they should just pop the cipher. Detention would be split anyway if u have same polarity

@@patchesforever2758 We just didn't want our kiter dying too quickly because they had a polarity. I expected the Priestess to take the cipher because they can still pop it with their health state. It was still a loss because the hunter had teleport.🥲
I also had matches where teammates did pop the last cipher because they had polarity, but still died from the shared damage because of detention. Some matches turned into losses because the Hermit connected the gates and survivors died from shared damage because the gates took too long to open.🤧

that rescue chair increase seems pretty useless, I mean why make them stay on the chair for longer? isn't the whole point getting them off the chair and hiding before the hunter comes back? DX
Well, the chair time increase trick is situational. 🤔 Reason to do it is when the last cipher is not primed and the hunter is not camping your dead on chair teammate to go harass someone else who is decoding. Because when you rescue your teammate early and the last cipher is at, like... maybe 70%? The hunter can just go back to killing your teammate and your teammate will die before the cipher pop if there is no Tide Turner.
Delaying the chair can be risky cuz hunter can down you
Well, it is done when the hunter is not camping your chaired teammate. My friend did this trick when the hunter went to harass someone who was decoding and by delaying the chair they made it till the last cipher was primed because a teammate had an extra cipher!

whats a wanted order??
Wanted Order is a trait in the Hunter persona web and how it works is that when a hunter chairs a survivor, a random survivor will be highlighted, meaning the hunter can see your outline for a few seconds. This only takes effect when there are still four survivors and none of them is incapacitated.
