I've read that non diff. gearboxes and IRS don't mix well and don't hold up over time and is better to run a gearbox with differential. Idk just asking. I guess if you're running it in the sand that gearbox would probably be fine and maybe not so much for hardpack, woods and rocks? Those are badass machines! Nice job. Taylen c you'RE comparing a smart car to a sports car. A better comparison is a new can am x3 or turbo rzr 1000, which still have less HP, a much weaker cage and don't perform as well or are as safe as my 1300cc Sxs.

People that can't afford to pay outright go for the cheaper monthly payment for a factory SXS and end up spending much more in the long run in payments and upgrades trying to improve the power and suspension, and it still won't out perform my machine or be as safe if you roll it. My car has been rolled in the hardpack at close to 100, flipped 5 times and it still drove back to camp.....

I have customers that have barrel rolled at over 100, flipped down hills and stuffed them in sand dunes that were able to still be driven with mostly cosmetic damage. The one that flipped at 100 didn't mess up the suspension at all, it's on his new chassis which was only replaced for cosmetic reasons along with his aluminum work. I have a customer that has torn up multiple side by sides and has been beating the hell out of one of mine for about 6 years. Despite massive jumps in the dirt and even sinking it in salt water twice in the last 2 years he still drives it all the time and only broke rims from big jumps, nothing else. If you don't understand how a frame with considerably more tubing, thicker material, plated suspension, beefier mounts, beefier heims and better construction is better for both longevity, handling more power, bigger jumps and safety, i'm really not sure what else I can say. Good long travel suspension kits for RZR's are $3k and not nearly as beefy as my suspension. So you're saying my complete cage is not worth the $2,999 difference for a $5,999 frame and suspension kit?
Seats to much laid down?, well I'll bet one could take a rather hard landing in that in probably avoid a serious spinal compression. As for the doors... options are good!

The customer needed and requested doors so i built them custom. The seating is fine, but you would have to actually sit in one to understand why...
