Don't send children back home over school fees-Kadimba reveals

Hussien Kadimba the Assistant Resident city commisioner for Mbale city has appealed to schools not to send children back home in collection of school fees which in turn affects their learning process.
While speaking to our reporter,Kadimba noted that third term determines children capacity to move from one class to another which need alot of cocentration in order to perform well.
He also warned PTA members for conieving with Headteachers to charge exbortant money in Government schools yet president Museveni came up with the intiative of USE to help the children from poor families to access Education freely.
Schools should cordinate with parents in the collection of fees and other requirements without sending children back home Kadimba said.
