@@narvendrasingh4415please let me know how you get on. I'm going in April and I'm nervous because of the awful reviews on trip advisor

I am checking in here Saturday and wondering what is charged to your card at check in arrival? Is there a daily resort fee/deposits that are added to the booking total (booked through the app)

Thank you for the detailed videos! I am travelling to Riu Guanacaste soon, are 8 and 9 year olds allows this day trip to Nicaragua? My kids travel well. Also, I am worried that waiting to book tours last minute when we get to Riu Guanacaste. Did you find that was ever an issue where they were sold out? Just wondering what to expect with booking the day trips and packages. Age limits?

Hi! We booked through Nexus Tours at the Tour Guide Station the day before we went (for both the Nicaragua Trip and Diamante Adventure Park). For Diamante, it didn't seem like there is any max capacity. For Nicaragua, it seems that each tour group is capped around 20 attendees. If you visit their table as soon as you arrive, we don't believe you will have any issues, as long as your party size is small. It's important to note that you have to book before 1:00PM the day before your trip, latest. So if you want to go on Thursday, you need to book by 1:00PM Wednesday, so they can take passport/ passenger info. It was nice to book through here because everyone on our tour was a guest at Riu Guanacaste or Riu Palace. It was also cheaper than Viator. Unfortunately we didn't inquire about any age restrictions since it was just the two of us, but you might be able to message the hotel to see if they can inquire with the representatives. We didn't have any children on our tour group, but we would assume that as long as they have a valid passport, they would be okay.
