i sleep 10 hours and 45 mins! and i always wake up fresh and healthy without eyebags! i sleep at 8pm and wake up exactly at 5:45 am ! school starts at 8 am! so if you dont when to wake up or when to go to bed this is just a recomendation ! i feel like i wrote that wrong
And then there is me that goes to sleep at 5:45 am💀 (not in school days)
Lol I went to sleep at 2:00 AM last night, and woke up at 2:00 PM. I’ll probably have to go to sleep earlier next school year

Washing your hair every 2-3 days will dry it out. Wash it sundays and wednesdays
Actually İ wash it every 2-3 days and my hair doesn't dry out, and if you have oily hair you need to wash it every 2-3 days or else it will get oily faster
It depends on hair type but that's the routine I use :)
