My theory is that the term Alice is applied to people who can't accept reality and prefer a fantasy (Letty believing Rick is a real person and Chelsy's refusal of human interaction), kind of like how Alice the character was in the fantasy of Wonderland. I also noticed how Letty's world is similar to the fairytale Hansel and Gretal and Chelsy's is really similar to Little Red Riding Hood. I feel that Allen's role is that of a reader: to finish the story. Doing so brings the story of that Alice to an end (and by extension, the World of that Alice since White Rabbit said Letty's world is hanging by a string after Allen completed it).
I agree with what you have to say because I feel the same too.
though, I do get a feeling that the teacher himself is also the writer of the story.
though, there is something bugging me.
Sherly? mentioned that Allen is void of life, so is Teacher.
so... if
Allen is the reader, then is the Teacher the writer or the story who took the alices away from their story?
Teacher seem to want to prevent the story characters from remembering the sad reality of the story they were in.
So maybe Chelsy's mom wasn't sick, but a drug addict, "grandma" was a drug dealer, and the wolf killed the dealer to steal the drugs?

I love how you put on a different voice for each of the characters (especially Cheshire Cat), you really feel like a Dad reading a bedtime story. Plus, your commentary is entertaining and funny.
Plus, you died 4 times trying to solve the riddle of mixing the chemicals? You do know it was referring to a stoplight, right? The order was literally in order!
*SPOILER* Hansel & Gretel didn’t murder witch for no good reason (12:28) - she was planning on eating them - that is pretty solid reason to me! That flower puzzle (31:55) - when she’s white she gives pure *LOVE*, of course - what else could you have thought that made you say OMG & snicker? xDD
Maybe until their real stories - those half-written notebook scraps - are known, those children remain in limbo. Cat at 40:55 says “you’re just like him” - the Teacher? Allen has no memories… perhaps he fell down the rabbit hole into limbo from the real world… then he & Teacher might be only “real people”.
And for the Mickey Mouse voice …ᘛ⁐̤ᕐᐷ

Some one mind explaining that to me?
Each person in the World is placed as Alice, relives a part of their most traumatic memory of sorts, that really changed their lives to end up where they did. Allen could be this sort of entity or even a real person, who has nothing or remembers anything. Besides helping them, maybe they are helping him as well, getting him ready to face whatever truth of whoever or whatever "Allen" really is. Since none of these characters within the Worlds are accepting reality, maybe Allen is that only person who is able to break through and make them realize that they cannot live within their illusion. Or Allen himself also has had a traumatic past so bad that he doesn't "remember" anything. So in a way, he could go through all this pain himself and not go insane from being in the Alice Worlds.
Seems Letty and Rick are Hansel and Gretel, Chelsy is Red Ridinghood. Interested to see who the others will be. Give that Joshua "always lies" Im guessing he'll be Pinocchio
Well, about Letty and Rick = Hansel & Gretel, and Chelsy = Red Riding Hood, that's about right. But about Joshua, at first I think the same (taken from Pinocchio), but actually, it's taken a tale of 'The Boy Who Cried Wolf'. It's about a boy who always lie about wolf coming, and because of that, when the wolf really coming and that boy cry for help, no one believe him anymore.
what about stella?
Stella is... from not famous story. At first, I think she comes from Snow White, but no... someone ever tell that her tale is something else... about the only survivor in the plague of her village.

Ah, I think I get it! My theory is, the teacher is locking away those painful memories so that the children don't have to have that trauma.

Spoilers/Possible clarification for Letty:
In the ending sentence in Letty's last article, it talks about chocolate, and how it would melt too fast.
The next sentence is from the point of view of Rick, "I burned it all, When I took everything unto myself, she could smile all the while (referring to Letty).
Later on: I like her, I really do, but why was I born" (either referring to Letty to her mom, or Rick talking about Letty)
..But is this right?.Is it wrong for me to exist? (addressed from either letty or Ricks side)
"Teacher, is her fear/pain(love if addressing her mother) the only reason I exist?"
This could be Letty talking about her mom, or Rick contemplating his existence due to being a defence mechanism.

It's somehow ominous that the very faint background music is Dance of the Sugarplum Fairies from The Nutcracker. I almost wonder if the story line will incorporate details from that, as well as Through the Looking Glass.

Beautiful and hilarious voice acting in this video! Gives it a little personal feeling, which I like a lot. I knew this game would be interesting, nice childhood stories nostalgia.

Hansel and Gretel - Alas her mother wanted to save her food for the famine so she sent his two children out.
Red Riding Hood - Red cap realized it was the wolf who ate her grandmother but still the huntsman struck him and thus grandmother came out.
omg i just realised their background stories are alot like fairytales we read when we were a child. Like the first girl/boy(I forgot their names) whose closet he entered background's story was like hansel and gretel. Chelsie's story is alot like red riding hood.
Maybe im slow for just realising it. 😅
Fairy tales with the fucked up endings are usually the original ones. For example, the Brothers Grimm has Cinderella's sisters chop their feet to fit the shoes.

I honestly don't think that 'hand' makes much sense, but there are two hands reaching out in the picture so I guess it might.

Yeah after watching it again and again I'm still not sure, but what you said makes a lot of sense, because Teacher always appears at the end of the credits when
(((SPOILERS))) you kill that certain character and is shown with that character after all of the things in their past happen. He also mentions how he would try to give them anything they ask for in the beginning of the game, but it seems like all that the children wanted was XXXX or love based on their pasts(also Teacher asked Allen what he wanted and responded, I can't get you that. That isn't something you can buy), and Teacher can't give them that.
Oh! The notebook scraps are the parts of the other children's notebooks, like the one Allen got at the start. Ohh.

The medicine doesn't actually explode, the idea is she thinks they would explode, so if you mess up...in her mind they will explode.

+Yuki Kuran The idea of the riddle is to find the differences between the two rooms that look similar. When first reading the riddle, the numbers are displayed like this

The number corresponds to the squares that the rooms are divided into. The gray area in the top left of the room is 1, the center top green 2, the gray top right 3, and so on. To solve the puzzle, you must find the differences in the two rooms and identify the square that these difference fall on. The instructions say when writing the answer to start with the square with the lowest number and go to the highest. The differences are there is a sheet on the clothes line in one room instead of clothes on tile 1, a red mushroom instead of a black mushroom on tile 3, and the mess of papers on tile 6 are different from each other. From this, we arrive at the answer of 136.

I have this hidden picture game pack cd with an Alice in Wonderland hidden picture game among 6 other games. Theres a variation of that puzzle in it involving 3 cats and 3 mice. It took me a long time to beat it. This also makes me think of an episode of Between the Lions too.

In the original story by Charles Perrault, I'm pretty sure that the wolf was actually a rapist. I haven't heard anything about the wolf being a bandit.
That's what I've heard too. Specifically, a child molester. It was a "don't talk to strangers" sort of moral instruction story, as far as I know.
