Council on Climate Solutions Meeting - November 12, 2024

Recording from the November 12, 2024, meeting of the Council on Climate Solutions. The Council on Climate Solutions was established pursuant to Executive Order 2020-182 as an advisory body within the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy.
Note that the first 10 or so minutes of the meeting didn't get recorded, so we'll just go with what we've got
Also a heads up that the new Office of Climate and Energy Coordinator, Haley Hill, will be taking over the logistics for the Council on Climate Solutions meetings starting with the next one (which will be in early 2025) so Haley will be sending these requests going forward.
