I truly wish I would have seen this 30 years ago! As a young girl I wanted to be a chef or work on a cruiseschip, my parents didn't allow me to be a chef and 30 years ago I didn't have a clue where to search for a job on a cruiseschip...so I worked abroad in tourism and started enjoying cruising a couple of years ago. This was literally my dream job!!! I truly enjoy your videos, safe sailings 😘

Great to see you back onboard cooking. What luck to get a temp gig helping out a friend. Also that galley looks pretty well equipped and laid out. It is almost Arience level in space, definitely better than Revelry. Also the crew mess looks spacious. Loved seeing the "crew bar" behind one of the stew's heads!! 😉

Since my divorce, 38 years ago, I've cooked all my own meals. I don't eat out and I don't have food delivered. I shop, plan my meals, and cook good meals. But, Nina, never anything like you! What an artist you are! So smart, so creative, so beautiful and so young. Thank you for these videos.

Your foods look absolutely delicious and make my mouth water. Wow, if I ever win a lottery, I would hire a chef just like you and pay you a lot of $$$$. When I was young I loved to cook and prepared all kinds of new and different taste, now my sons are grown, not so much. It is a huge chore to prepare and decide what to prepare and cook. I rather have cold cereal but I do enjoy a healthy meal and it takes some serious prep work. I enjoyed so much your video, thank you.

OMG this yacht is more like a ship and the galley is huge.Its just amazing how the whole crew stays onboard,even in the ship yard as I know these yachts are very high maintenance and require constant care. Its very interesting.Your menus are so creative and look so yummy.I can imagine how hectic the galley must get cooking for owners, guests onboard as well as the large crew. Looking forward to more videos!

Every time I see you cook I always take away so many ideas. Those new potatoes; halved and boiled and roasted (with salt, olive oil, chilli flakes and herbs?) and topped with boiled eggs (7mins?) and spring onions!!? Simple and gorgeous, my kids are gonna love that for breakfast. Everything looks amazing chef.
