Beautifully set up brother. I turn 65 at the end of this year and I have owned almost all other brands of motorcycles, except Harley Davidson. I have major medical issues with my legs and back (Aussie veteran), so Weight and comfort are paramount. After a cr*p load of research and test rides. the Heritage fits the bill perfectly. I'm 6'2, 235lbs (on a good day), and the ergonomics are great. This bike will be my birthday pressy to myself. Will definitly fit the riders back rest (solo rider), and no doubt the stage one set up, and the gaurds. Do we ever stop spending money on our bikes? Anyway, who care's, can't take it with you, so enjoy it before you hit the finish line! Again, love the bike and the channel brother. All the best from Australia.;
I bought my Heritage as a present to myself when I was getting ready to turn 65. I had never owned a Harley-Davidson and just wanted one. I have not been disappointed. I think you will love it. I did spend a lot of money adding things but it was all for the better. I’m retiring in a few months and Australia is on my list of places I want to go and ride. I’m looking forward to exploring your great country. Thanks for your military service and thanks for watching my ramblings! Ride safe.
@@GARamblinMan G'day Ramblin Man. Hope you make it out to Oz one day brother, I'm quite sure you will love it. Just be advised that you will have to ride on the wrong side of the road while you are here. LOL.
Same age as you brother and been riding my new H classic in New Zealand for a few months now. I have handlebar warmers and cruise control which I love for circulation issues. You will love the bike. Ride safe.
I love the bike setup, I also have a 2018 Heritage In a 107 you can’t go wrong with this bike. If I could offer a couple of suggestions… 1. Motorcycle Drop Guards they go on the engine guards (crash bars) they give an extra layer of protection and are easy to install. They cost about $350 In the event you do resell the bike they help the resell value if you ever did drop the bike. 2. The phone mount I see you have on the bike I would replace, I had something similar and dropped my phone twice at high speed. I recommend Rokform mounts. The mounts run about $120 The car runs about $45 of the don’t have a matching case the universal adapter costs $20 and it does work. I used the universal adapter for about 3 years before upgrading my phone. 3. Last I would check out ClearWater Lights. I will admit they are pricey but worth it. Those lights put out more light than your headlights and they are adjustable. I run them at about 20% power normally. When I hit the horn or high beams they go full power. Just my thoughts, either way your bike is a beautiful bike enjoy your ride. Jeff
Very nicely done . I did the same lighting upgrade to my’23 but also added the Custom Dynamics modulator for the taillight… really gets peoples attention while braking .
Love it! Nicely done with the mods. I'm definitely looking into those heated grips and the sissy bar/luggage rack and bags. Big fan of the crash bars too, those are definitely a necessity for any bike.
Like I said in the video, some of the mods were just nice to have and some I feel are necessary and I wish Harley-Davidson would have them stock like the crash bars and LED lights. It’s a great bike nonetheless. Thanks for watching and commenting!
It would be a very nice upgrade from your Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic LT. I rode a Suzuki C50T for several years before upgrading to the Heritage. You won’t regret it! Thanks for watching and ride safe.
I bought a 23 heritage 3 months ago, and I absolutely love it!! I just put new exhaust on it, and it’s changed the ride so much for the better. I went the cheap route and put a $300 set I got off Amazon, just to see what it’d do… and damn!!! I’m not a fan of the saddlebags, they look too cookie cutter, or cheap, but other than that, and maybe different wheels, just depending on your style, I wouldn’t change a damn thing about the bike. It’s amazing!
It turned out nicely. I’m surprised it didn’t come with highway/crash bars. But you make great points about the need for them. Especially about picking it up once dropped!
And I know that for sure when I dropped it in my driveway the first day I owned it. Tried a tight slow speed u-turn and it didn’t go well. Had to get a neighbor to help me pick it up. I couldn’t do it by myself with it laying flat on the pavement. The crash bars went on very shortly after that. They should be stock on any larger touring style motorcycle. I guess HD doesn’t consider it a touring bike. Thanks for watching!
Nice ride sir, thanks for the tour of your rig. She is a beaut and I like the mods you did. Getting ideas for my soon to be 'other woman'. No matter the other models I looked at to get that just right feeling, I was always comparing them to the Heritage. I have no plans (yet) to ride cross country (yet) and see no need to go bigger (yet). This is like the ex asking if she can have a couple chickens. 300 chickens later you begin to wonder where all the flies are coming from. Never seen a woman yet who could stick to 6 chickens, nor a man who could settle for only 1 Harley.
I just sold mine. I have had two of them and they were great. For myself a heel shifter is the first thing I did and a phone mount so I don’t get lost.
I have the same year bike in Billiard Burgundy. Same rack and passenger backrest. I put on Tab slip-one with Zombie baffles. Beautifully loud. Dynovision tune. Blacked out the mirrors and fuel caps. I also have a Mustang touring seat without the driver backrest. Thinking about getting one. And I put the engine and saddlebag guards on. And I agree, it’s the perfect bike for me. Very stable at 80 on the highway and the Softail frame is excellent. The bike is also 100 lbs lighter than a Road King. Love my 2020. Thx for the video.
Sounds like we think alike when it comes to this motorcycle and the upgrades. I had a Mustang seat without the backrest on my previous motorcycle and it was nice but I decided to add the backrest when I ordered a seat for the Heritage and I really love it. It makes it so comfortable cruising down the highway. I was just out a few days ago on a lonely backroad highway with the cruise control set, leaned back in that comfortable seat and was just thinking what a great bike. Thanks for watching!
Something random you can consider is a batwing fairing, so you can install a speaker system to listen to music on the road. I just installed one on my 2017 Heritage yesterday and going to do a test ride today.
Good luck with the fairing. I thought about it but I kind of like the windshield. When I do listen to music while riding, which is not often, I Bluetooth it through my Sena headset. Thx for watching and enjoy the Heritage!
I just recently found you on TH-cam but wanted to say I find your videos very entertaining and informative. I have a 22 Heritage 114 after having touring bikes ( RGS & SGS) and really like it. Like you the riding I do the Heritage is perfect not overkill. Thanks
Wow. They are getting expensive. Sounds like a high dealer markup, but if folks are paying it, then the dealers will keep asking for it. The Mustang seat and backrest are really great. Love it so far. Thanks for watching!
Love the bike and the accessories! I think the Heritage will be my next bike. I know you rode a Boulevard prior to this, as mentioned in previous videos. Did you notice how small the Hertiage felt as opposed th the Boulevard? I ride an 08 C109RT and I sat on the Heritage yesterday, and the Heritage just felt small. Love the Heritage and what you've done with yours. Look forward to see where it goes from here
Thanks for the comments. I rode a C50T and the Heritage feels exactly the same as my previous C50T. It’s about 100 lbs heavier probably due to the larger engine. But I think it handles a little better. I love it so far. Thanks again for watching and you won’t go wrong if you get a Heritage. Just an I overall great motorcycle.
I pulled my hamstring in my left leg while backing my RGL into a parking spot. I dropped my bike and needed help picking it up because my leg hurt so bad. Im glad I had engine guards on it. The week before put new 4.5 in. exhaust on it. No scratches on my pipes, primary or bags. I found zero damage caused by the drop.
The engine guards are essential in order to pick up these heavy HD motorcycles. I dropped my Heritage when it was brand new before I installed the engine guards in my driveway and could not pick it up since it was laying flat. I hurt my back trying to do it by myself and had to get a neighbor to come help me. Luckily it didn’t have any scratches since it was just a super low speed tip over. Thanks for watching and sharing your experience. Ride safe!
That is a beautiful bike.... I also like the windshield bag.... Can you tell me the make of the bag and how you attached it and where you got it and how much it cost please?
Thanks! It is a beautiful motorcycle and I’ve really put some $ into it to make it even better. The windshield bag is from Harley-Davidson. It’s their Bar & Shield bag and it’s $120 on their website. Screws right to the windshield with the stock bolts. Goes on in about 5 minutes tops: www.harley-davidson.com/us/en/shop/bar-shield-leather-windshield-bag/p/58308-95
Your right a great light touring bike...love the look....i been riding on street for 2 yrs now....i own a 2011 road glide...im havin a blast....have fun man.
I could ride it back and forth across the country no problem. Maybe a little small if I had a passenger with luggage but for solo touring it’s great. Thanks for watching and enjoy your Road Glide!
That is a very nice Harley Davidson Heritage, been thinking about some heated grips. Those saddleman bags are the best! I think we have a similar tail light... Thanks for sharing!
You won’t go wrong with the Kahuna heated grips. They are very comfortable as just a regular grip and in the winter they are toasty. I like the Saddleman bag because it’s just the right size for this bike. Fits perfectly on the luggage rack or rear seat and holds a good bit. It also has a hi visibility yellow rain cover. Thanks for watching & commenting!
I had a heel toe shifter on my old Suzuki Boulevard but the Heritage didn’t have it stock and I got used to using just the toe shifter so I never upgraded the Heritage with a heel and toe shifter. Thanks for watching!
The drop bars are an absolute necessity. Those hard saddlebags cost $650.00,..........EACH! (Plus shipping and tax) I put a batwing fairing and fork-mounted wind deflectors on mine. If I add the heated grips, I may be able to ride all winter here in N. Georgia!
You’ve done a great job on that bike. Just picked up a 2012 Heritage and was wandering what model seat you put on. There’s so many on their site. Thinking about doing fork mounted wind deflectors. Getting a lot of buffeting. I’m used to having a fairing. Thanks.
Not sure if the exact model number. I just entered make and model of my motorcycle on the Mustang Seat website and it gave me the choices that would fit this motorcycle. I considered fork mounted wind deflectors but decided against it. I like some air coming on to me as I ride. I’ve never had a bike with a fairing so I’m used to it. Enjoy your Heritage. I know you’ll like it. Thanks for watching!
Your motorcycle is very nice looking brother ! Good job you've done, and congrats for all the mods made, all this made your Softail Heritage Classic very unique, wow !! Be safe on the road & have good time my good friend of Georgia ! ;-)
They make these Protectors for your engine guards Motor man showcase them on one of his videos you look it up you’ll see what they are. They mount on your engine guards case you lay the bike down it’ll protect the engine guards so you don’t mess up the coatings
I dropped mine after installing the engine/saddlebag guards, which of course damaged the guards, so I just wrapped black electricians tape around the damaged areas and it barely shows.
Thanks. I put a lot of thought and effort into making this the best bike I could for what I wanted in a touring motorcycle. It didn’t disappoint me at all. Thanks for watching!
Je ne roule qu'en solo mais je pense que la moto serait très confortable pour un passager si vous installez le dossier passager et la sis bar. Merci d'avoir regardé!
2018 and later Softail models require the Electrical Connection Kit that I think is Part #69201750. Sometimes these part numbers change. Just ask the guy at the parts counter to order you the correct kit to fit your bike. Currently about $40 I think on HD’s website. Thanks for watching and the comments. Enjoy your Heritage!
You do have to look down a bit to see it. I’ve always had motorcycles with this set up so it’s ok with me, but when I have test ridden other styles of motorcycles with fairings and the gages up from the tank, it was nice. Thanks for watching.
Hi George from Ireland . I've got the very same bike here. Exactly like yours and same tank badge. So that clears up for me which year model it is. I too added the VH slip ons but I reckon I'll need to switch back soon to originals as I'm planning a trip to France and Spain in October ..They are strict on emissions there..in any case, do you find they make the bike a bit noisy for long rides? I do love the sound but miss the smoother sound when she's at 60 plus. My next thing is the lights..have fine the engine guard .
Too bad about the rules in France and Spain. It sounds like a great trip. I don’t find these Vance & Hines Eliminator 300’s too loud. They have a nice low rumble I like. I do wear ear plugs on long trips to protect my ears though. Have fun on your trip!
I can I understand you missing your Heritage. It is a great bike but so is the Street Glide Special. I still see Stoney a couple times per year and we ride together. He just gave up posting new videos on TH-cam. I hope that’s just a passing thing on his part. I always enjoyed his vlogs. By the way, he sold his Heritage and bought a Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro. He told me he just needed a change and the Triumph is a lot lighter and easier on his old bones. He still has a couple of Harley-Davidson Sportsters. Thanks for watching and ride safe!
The stock seat on the Heritage is not bad and in fact pretty comfortable for shorter rides, but I loved my Mustang seat I had on my previous motorcycle so I decided to upgrade to one for the Heritage. This time I opted for the backrest too and it’s a game changer. Super comfortable seat and back support now for all day rides with no problems. I love it. Pricey but worth it in my opinion. All that being said, I have a good riding buddy who had a 2018 Heritage for several years until he recently sold it and he thought the stock seat was just fine. Thanks for watching and the kind comments!
It’s a little big and powerful for a brand new rider, but with your size, I think you would adjust quickly to it. I would just take it easy at first and practice especially slow speed maneuvers. Any smaller displacement starter bike is going to be really small and uncomfortable for you. Good luck!
Hi ya "Rambler" just saw your Heritage in a video of AutoGjss90 , a minute or two in , just thought I'd let ya know . Hope your doing well , if you speak to Stoney , please say hi for me . I hope he is well , I'm am doing OK still fixing up my bikes here in Ky . Ride safe , and cheers .
I looked for that video and found it. They didn’t ask for my permission but I don’t care. Good to see the Heritage getting some publicity. I’ll see Stoney in a few weeks. We are riding up to West Virginia the first weekend in May with a couple of other guys. Stoney sold his Heritage and bought himself a Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro. Hope all is well you and thanks for watching!
@@GARamblinMan I sold my Tahition Teal 2020 in 2021 , changed jobs , worried about Bill's. I have my Sportster , and my two old Heritage , just got a used 2023 114 Heritage , I will put a video up soon . Cheers .
I think you’ll have no problems with it and will suit you fine. It has a nice low seat height so you will flat foot it easily and it’s got all the power you’ll need in either the 107 or 114 motors. I’m 215 lbs and it’s a great bike for me. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!
I haven’t really thought about upgrading the suspension. It seems to ride comfortably for my needs. If you upgrade yours, let me know your opinion of the quality of the ride you get from the upgrade. Thanks for watching!
Hey there, I'm looking at the heritage and test ride one really liked it but the vibration was coming through the handle bars and feet...was wondering if the motor eventually irons out some as breaking it in?..I'm 6-5, it seems to fit me nicely..thanks and like your vids and what you did to your bike.,.
I don’t feel any excess vibrations in the floor boards or handlebars. Might just be the bike you test rode. Maybe try another one and see if you feel it again. Thanks for the compliments on my bike. I love it and I’m sure you will love the Heritage too. Thanks for watching.
@@Andy-kt1dewise choice. Harley had a bad run of Crank shafts. My 90 FXSTC, was one of them. Spun the mirrors like a windmill blade. Crank was out of balance. And then there’s the, “Beer 30 on Friday,” curse. Just sayin.
They are Mustang seats for both passenger and rider. www.mustangseats.com/products/6359/standard-touring-for-harley-davidson-heritage-classic-deluxe-2018-21?color=black&style=original&parttype=solo-seat-with-driver-backrest
The dealer put the front ones on as part of my deal to buy the bike and they also instdltge rear ones when I took it in for its yearly oil change. I don’t think it’s too difficult to do yourself if you have the proper tools. You do have to remove the passenger pegs and reinstall them after connecting the rear crash guard.
Can’t disagree with you there. They do seem to be getting pricier every year though. But for a light touring motorcycle - I give it a big thumbs up. Wish they would make crash bars and LED lights all around stock. Thanks for watching!
They are Harley accessories I ordered right from their website. Passenger back rest is a must if you carry a passenger and the luggage rack/grill thing will hold a pretty big bag for trips. Thanks for watching!
I hear ya. This whole having a job thing is getting in the way of my motorcycle hobby for sure. But I’m retiring in December and that’s just right around the corner! Thanks for watching.

That Milwaukee 8 was the worst engine ever made. The hard painted bags are the best. The lights aren't smoked. The guy really got clipped bad on the cost. Wow. Poor man. Glad he's happy. I threw my sissy bar and rear seat and luggage rack in the trash. We will remember the poor man in our prayers at church
Just remember the old saying" a fool and his money are soon parted"...... I'd rather be a fool and die happy than die with all my money in the bank....
They are great bikes, but the price is slowly getting into the mid $20K range for this model with the bigger touring motorcycles going for more than $30K. Getting a little too much for my liking especially since everyone tends to add a lot of accessories. I spent close to $5K in upgrades on mine.
You got that right. I always prefer using manufacturer’s parts when I can but that is an expensive proposition for sure. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Thanks! It is a beautiful motorcycle and I’ve really put some $ into it to make it even better. The windshield bag is from Harley-Davidson. It’s their Bar & Shield bag and it’s $120 on their website. Screws right to the windshield with the stock bolts. Goes on in about 5 minutes tops:

Your right a great light touring bike...love the look....i been riding on street for 2 yrs now....i own a 2011 road glide...im havin a blast....have fun man.
I could ride it back and forth across the country no problem. Maybe a little small if I had a passenger with luggage but for solo touring it’s great. Thanks for watching and enjoy your Road Glide!
You have spent money very thoughtfully
I always do, but I was a little shocked when I added it all up. Thanks for watching!
Appreciate your insight. Thank you
Thanks for watching. I really appreciate it!
@@GARamblinMan I have been watching you before my first motorcycle and before starting a TH-cam channel. Love your content! :)
Thanks. I really like your cross country videos on your Road King. Keep up the good work and ride safe!
Very nice looking bike, great job with it. Be safe.
Thanks and you ride safe as well.
Very nice video. Lot of effort and thought went i to it. Thank for the info. Do you like the heel toe shifter?
I had a heel toe shifter on my old Suzuki Boulevard but the Heritage didn’t have it stock and I got used to using just the toe shifter so I never upgraded the Heritage with a heel and toe shifter. Thanks for watching!
The drop bars are an absolute necessity. Those hard saddlebags cost $650.00,..........EACH! (Plus shipping and tax) I put a batwing fairing and fork-mounted wind deflectors on mine. If I add the heated grips, I may be able to ride all winter here in N. Georgia!
Let me know how you like those fork wind deflectors. I may want those. Thanks for watching!
They do a fine job and were easy enough to install.@@GARamblinMan
@@GARamblinMan Thanks. I love the bike.
Your motorcycle is very nice looking brother ! Good job you've done, and congrats for all the mods made, all this made your Softail Heritage Classic very unique, wow !! Be safe on the road & have good time my good friend of Georgia ! ;-)
Thanks for the kind words! And thanks for watching and commenting. Ride safe.
I paid 209 dollars for the combo front and rear led turn signal lights from custom dynamic
They make these Protectors for your engine guards Motor man showcase them on one of his videos you look it up you’ll see what they are. They mount on your engine guards case you lay the bike down it’ll protect the engine guards so you don’t mess up the coatings
I will look into that. Thanks for the tip!
I dropped mine after installing the engine/saddlebag guards, which of course damaged the guards, so I just wrapped black electricians tape around the damaged areas and it barely shows.
That’s a good tip. One thing the black guards will show is every scratch. Thanks for watching!
Nice set up
Thanks. I put a lot of thought and effort into making this the best bike I could for what I wanted in a touring motorcycle. It didn’t disappoint me at all. Thanks for watching!
You keeping it clean. Nice! 😎👍
I washed it and cleaned it up for this video. I try to keep in pretty clean anyway. Thanks for the compliment!
Très belle moto 🤩 est-elle confortable pour le passager ?
Have a good day
Je ne roule qu'en solo mais je pense que la moto serait très confortable pour un passager si vous installez le dossier passager et la sis bar. Merci d'avoir regardé!
That’s my dream bike right there!!! Fine job
I did everything I could to make it a great touring cruiser. Thanks for watching and hope you get one soon!
Great video with tons of information. I have a 2020 Heritage and absolutely love it! What electrical kit did you get for the heated grips?
2018 and later Softail models require the Electrical Connection Kit that I think is Part #69201750. Sometimes these part numbers change. Just ask the guy at the parts counter to order you the correct kit to fit your bike. Currently about $40 I think on HD’s website. Thanks for watching and the comments. Enjoy your Heritage!
Love it, however I have never liked the clock on the tank ... 🤷♂️
You do have to look down a bit to see it. I’ve always had motorcycles with this set up so it’s ok with me, but when I have test ridden other styles of motorcycles with fairings and the gages up from the tank, it was nice. Thanks for watching.
Beautiful and functional bike!
Thanks for the nice comment and thanks for watching!
Stunning motorcycle the best on the road
Beautiful bike and a great video sir
Thanks for watching and the nice words! It is a beautiful motorcycle. Ride safe.
Ever think about a heel-shifter?
I had one on my previous motorcycle and liked it, but I haven’t really missed it on the Heritage, so I doubt I’ll get one. Thanks for watching!
Gorgeous!
Thanks for the compliment on the bike and I appreciate you watching!
Nice im bout to sell a bike and get that rack and some engine guards
The luggage rack is really nice. Very sturdy. Definitely get the engine guards. Almost a must have for these heavier motorcycles. Thanks for watching!
Chech out ultimate seat they got the original studded seat with back rest
I did check those out. Very nice looking seat that looks just like the Harley stock seat with the studs. Thanks for sharing this info.
Looks good! Miss my Heritage and ready to go back to one from a Street Glide Special. Btw, what happened with Stoney? I think you guys we’re friends.
Beautiful bike.
Thanks for the compliment and I appreciate you tuning in! Ride safe.
Great bike brother!! Just wondering about the seat and passenger comfort for long hours in the saddle?
The stock seat on the Heritage is not bad and in fact pretty comfortable for shorter rides, but I loved my Mustang seat I had on my previous motorcycle so I decided to upgrade to one for the Heritage. This time I opted for the backrest too and it’s a game changer. Super comfortable seat and back support now for all day rides with no problems. I love it. Pricey but worth it in my opinion. All that being said, I have a good riding buddy who had a 2018 Heritage for several years until he recently sold it and he thought the stock seat was just fine. Thanks for watching and the kind comments!
@@GARamblinMan that's great, thanks for the info.. I think the Mustang is the best looking seat by far, happy riding brother 🤙
What do you think of the Heritage for a new rider? I'm retired 6'3" 215-220 or so.
It’s a little big and powerful for a brand new rider, but with your size, I think you would adjust quickly to it. I would just take it easy at first and practice especially slow speed maneuvers. Any smaller displacement starter bike is going to be really small and uncomfortable for you. Good luck!
The best heated grips are your bike sitting in the garage during cold weather 😂😂😂😂
You do have a point. There is a temperature that is just too cold for riding even with heated grips and a seat. Thanks for watching!
Cool bike!!
Thanks! I think so too. Thanks for watching my channel and ride safe!
Cheers .
I’ll be looking forward to seeing the new used Heritage. Ride safe!
Hey There, Nicely done on your mods. Question. I am 5'8 230. Being a heavy set guy I have concerns about the bike . What are your thoughts.
Appreciate you getting back with me. Hopefully if everything goes right. I should get a 2019 Black 114 on Saturday. Safe Riding!@@GARamblinMan
You need to get Bossfab gearshift linkage....customizable....would finish the last side off just right
And I just thought I was done spending $. Ha!
Love the bike! Looks like you've done all of the right things! I'm thinking about upgrading the suspension, though. Any thoughts?
I haven’t really thought about upgrading the suspension. It seems to ride comfortably for my needs. If you upgrade yours, let me know your opinion of the quality of the ride you get from the upgrade. Thanks for watching!
@@GARamblinMan Agreed, have a 2022, done similar mods. Haven't looked into suspension.
Hey there, did you get the standard sissy bar . Thanks
Yes. Standard height. That’s the better choice if you want to use it to attach a bag to.
@@GARamblinManthank you..going to try another one...see how that goes..thanks again
@@Andy-kt1dewise choice. Harley had a bad run of Crank shafts. My 90 FXSTC, was one of them. Spun the mirrors like a windmill blade. Crank was out of balance. And then there’s the, “Beer 30 on Friday,” curse. Just sayin.
What can seats are those? My wife and I just bought our first bike…..it’s a heritage…..2021….but we want to upgrade the seats
They are Mustang seats for both passenger and rider.

Did you install the crash bars?
The dealer put the front ones on as part of my deal to buy the bike and they also instdltge rear ones when I took it in for its yearly oil change. I don’t think it’s too difficult to do yourself if you have the proper tools. You do have to remove the passenger pegs and reinstall them after connecting the rear crash guard.
Best bike money can buy
Can’t disagree with you there. They do seem to be getting pricier every year though. But for a light touring motorcycle - I give it a big thumbs up. Wish they would make crash bars and LED lights all around stock. Thanks for watching!
Dude what’s the link for the back seat and grill thing haha
They are Harley accessories I ordered right from their website. Passenger back rest is a must if you carry a passenger and the luggage rack/grill thing will hold a pretty big bag for trips. Thanks for watching!
Where did you source the engine and Saddlebag guards.?
Both directly off the Harley-Davidson website. I figured genuine HD parts would be best.
@@GARamblinMan thanks.
I love this bike..❤
Me too!
Perfection!
What kind of phone mount do you have?
It’s called the Biker Gripper. Order it from lawabidingbiker.com.
How bout a new video. Hope you're well! 🤗
I hear ya. This whole having a job thing is getting in the way of my motorcycle hobby for sure. But I’m retiring in December and that’s just right around the corner! Thanks for watching.
I LOVED 😍
I would like to know what Mustang seat and backrest you have
Model 79330 - seat with backrest and passenger seat.

I have a 19’ with 10k in extras😳
It’s a great bike for sure. Easy to spend $ on mods and upgrades though.
Thanks for watching anyway. Have a nice day.
Here in california in 2023, 31000 out the door brand new
Yikes
Not worth it ! Money in the bank with interest sounds better and smarter !
To each his own I loved that motorcycle especially with my enhancements.
Just remember the old saying" a fool and his money are soon parted"...... I'd rather be a fool and die happy than die with all my money in the bank....
You have a nice speaking voice but that consisted smacking of your lips is annoying.
I’ve noticed that too. I’m working on it, but I guess that’s why I’m not the evening news anchor man. I’m just your average Joe.
@@GARamblinMan Beautiful bike. You do have a great speaking voice.
Thanks. Glad you enjoyed seeing it. I’ve had a lot of motorcycles in my life and this one was definitely one of my favorites.
@@GARamblinMan I had a heritage softail. Great bike and reasonably priced as well…
They are great bikes, but the price is slowly getting into the mid $20K range for this model with the bigger touring motorcycles going for more than $30K. Getting a little too much for my liking especially since everyone tends to add a lot of accessories. I spent close to $5K in upgrades on mine.
Beautiful bike. Harley brand parts are abusively expensive...
You got that right. I always prefer using manufacturer’s parts when I can but that is an expensive proposition for sure. Thanks for watching and commenting!
great ! how do i get to your direct e-mail ? other than thru comments ? i subscribed !
grmblnman@gmail.com
All these mods and there is no bud light cooler. You could ride fully woke
No Bud Light for me.
I love the bike setup, I also have a 2018 Heritage In a 107 you can’t go wrong with this bike.
If I could offer a couple of suggestions…
