I always dream to become a flight attendant but my parents want me to be a doctor, sadly I'm not interested of being a doctor at all but in order to keep my parents satisfied i have to study science. But still it doesn't stop me from wanting to become a flight attendant, you motivate me and gave me hope that one day i would be able to achieve my dreams. I literally agree on what miss Kath has pointed out...cus myself as a flight attendant aspirant ...I get mad when I hear ppl talking bout tat cabin crews r tis n tat (in a negative way) as if they know the profession of being a flight attendant n their responsibilities 😩
Ma'am for me I always need cabin crew help cause I'm short can't reach the cabinet 🤗 otherwise I have to keep my bag front of me, I'm so thankful to Qatar airways that I use to flight always cabin crew really polite and really nice♥️
For me i dont care what color or ethnicity of any flight attendant ,the important is they are not selective. Sorry i dont like Philippines airline. They are selective how they serve the their passengers. They are more polite to foreigners. Philippine airlines they always ask pssenger to pay for their carry on luggage before boarding if they think is over limit. I saw a couples they are frustrated because they have to $70 juat for one carry on luggage that looks bulky. Other airlines just ask to check in without paying extra. So since then i don't go with Philippine airlines anymore. I like korea and Cathay pacific. They are really polite.and humble to servers everyone in the plaine.
Hello, how do I answer questions concerning customer service if I don't come from a customer service/call centre background. I am in IT and I work more in the background than handling clients directly? If anyone else has some advice please share. Thank you.
Maybe you could answer telling them about your friendly serviable personality, show customer service "style" in your everyday life etc ? Or if you have any sort of volunteering experience that shows some sort of skill in dealing with others
flight attendant should be flawless meaning whatever skin tone you have and whatevercolor you have for as long as you have no scars no big marks on your skin they would accept you. even if uou are not that much intellectual. I applied flight attendant at PAL before when I was newly graduated from college, no experience at all, unfortunately i did not pass because my height does not qualify , their height requirement 5"5 up but im 5"4 only so i did not get the job but it was a rewarding experienced for me because i met such an amazing girls during the preliminary interview. The girls are tall and beautiful they so mestiza looking girls and it PAL hello? But forme its ok, i gained experience thats all that matters. and meeting nice people too. that year was 1984 just newly graduated from college hello very naive that time and actually no experience yet, maybe not for me but the experience was so rewarding.
actually its my cousin who pushed me to apply and i remember during the prelim interview i was sick, im not supposed to go there but brother push me to go there who knows? My cousin works at PAL development center where she work with Ms. Chona Recto Kasten aunt of Ralph Recto she is the PAL Consultant at the time when i was applying but failed, i met her in the office of my cousin. thats the good thing because at that time i saw the nice people in that company ... our interview was located at Mabuhay Office, Salcedo Village Makati City but i don't know now where the office is located its how many decades now. maybe that job is not for me,

A flight attendant have to know excellent English and if she or he knows more languages is a qualification but not necessary (I speak for Europe I'm not sure for all over the world)

They get the same travel benefits that I have. Even my in-laws are included in the travel benefits.

It is better to go as natural as possible. Because once you start flying, colored contact lenses are not allowed.
