Hi I would like to make a suggestion. As a stylist I recommend to my clients with spray products such as the thermal protectors, recovery spray or any spray product, spray the product about 7 spurts into the palm rub palms together and then apply to hair. If you have fine hair use less. The reason being is there is so much over spray and wasted product when you just spray your hair and the air. Thank you for sharing your routines taking us along on special outings I love your channel 😊
I really enjoy your hair tutorials and how you express to us that we can look our best and not stick with being unhappy with out choices. I particularly like when you said that we don't have to go gray, there are so many colors to chose from and look beautiful! So I took your advice and had my hair hair colored and it looks beautiful, if I do say so myself. lol
My Daughter will be graduating this Thursday. She is 20 year old. I have been watching all your videos on styling the hair for her graduation ceremony. I just went from straight long hair to a very stylish short hair for my 60th birthday. I’m not kidding, it took at least 10 years off my appearance. I don‘t know anyone who can dry their own hair as well as you do, Dominique. Thanks for the master class. I struggle to get my long side part bangs to sit just right. I‘ll try your technique!! I have long used a Dyson dryer and airstyler and, while very pricey, on a price per use basis, they are worth it.

Do it! It’s only hair and it’ll grow back if you don’t like it but if you get a good cut I’m betting that you will!! You only live once and I think you’ll love how you look with the perfect haircut. Go to someone with experience and someone who you know can follow directions and can re-create styles from pictures. One thing I hate is going to someone new whose ego won’t allow them to say when they can’t do something or someone who refuses to follow directions because they think they know better about what would look better on you.
As someone who had a bob cut and it was cut badly (sooo wrongfully choppy), and I am trying to grow it out...oh, and I am totally hair inept...I really appreciate this video! I don't think barettes suit me, but I love the half pulled back look. And you make messy waves look SO easy! I'm going to try your techniques and stop letting my OCD rule the messy waves I actually want!

I have been using Kristin Ess products for a few years now too, love them. Thanks for the blow drying tips, especially drying the pieces forward below your bangs. I realise that's why my bangs sometime look like they are in a world of their own as the pieces below are too far back. The blow dry mist is now available in Australia so I'll try it next.

I have been using Kristin Ess products for a few years now too, love them. Thanks for the blow drying tips, especially drying the pieces forward below your bangs. I realise that's why my bangs sometime look like they are in a world of their own as the pieces below are too far back. The blow dry mist is now available in Australia so I'll try it next.
