Metalcore is not my go-to subgenre, but the odd one arouses my interest. I liked the arrangements on this wedded to the outraged wrath vocal and the complete contrast to the message which one of peace - kind of being angry at anger. To be honest it's the well-arranged wrath that appealed most. My Score: Good 3*

Agree! they've have trully earned their place as one of the best bands. Fracture was probably one of my top listen on Spotify when it came out. And I'm beyond excited for "Shrine". But also, I can't wait for "Obsidian" from Northlane that drops next friday.
As daylight dies was way too soft for me . An ocean between us....much better .
@@sashaalexa8907 As Daylight Dies is one of Killswitch Engages best albums with My Curse earning platinum. An Ocean Between Us is a great album by AILD but KsE takes it for me. Both bands are great but KsE has always been a big part of my life growing up since 2004. You like what you like and we like what we like. Either way keep enjoying metal for what it is.

Extremely nutritious riff salad lads 🎸
Now, what I find refreshing is that the band doesn't constantly switch between tempo, half-tempo and blastbeats every freaking 4 bars. The entire song has a nice flow to it. Riffs are cool, lyrics are cool. It's a good song.
I'm just glad it isn't a shitty djent song.

I had the honor of watching these guys for the first time last night .. their first US tour.. and WOW.. One of the best metal bands out there today. I absolutely loved it.. They killed their set the only issue was it was too short!! After the show, they ALL hung around and took photos w/ their fans and I have the best picture of all of us together that I will cherish. They are all so kind and they all hugged me and thanked me for coming, I mean come on!! So nice so cool and so talented. I wish the the absolute best on their current tour w/ August Burns Red and hopefully many tours in the future!!

Easily the best band to have surfaced in these last few years, even though they've been around since 2005. Their evolution is something to be amazed, taking into account they started off as a deathcore band hahaha, just as BMTH. Fortunately for them, they've matured and found their true sound as a Modern Metal / Metalcore band. I can't say the same for bands such as BMTH, even though I dig "That's The Spirit" and even their latest EP "Post Human..."(not Amo though). Architects is another band that I also believe have found their true sound, similar to Bleed From Within even. I came across BFW during "Era"'s release, but it was "Fracture" that really made me admire them as a band. From all the releases of 2020, that was probably one of my tops listens on Spotify. And I can't wait for the release of "Shrine", especially now that they've signed w/ Nuclear Blast. This one, along w/ "Obsidian" from Northlane, are my choices for most anticipated album of the year.
