While I do mention the limitations with heavier movers and suggest sand bags, I just want to double down on that message in this video. Extending the pole decreases stability, more spinny movements decreases stability, heavier moving head lights decrease stability.
While I've deployed my lights this way dozens of times, I think I chose the worst b-roll for the video, as the gravity stands were moving a bit.

Did you find anyway to connect the JMAZ aero spot 60s to the gravity stands?

Yes the same way as the Mac aura 19x15, you can use that mount and the jmaz aero spots come with their own mounting hardware
