- The alternate tune to Nebula Belt which is unlocked after racing 300 laps across all the Air Ride courses. Fun stuff.
Now on to the song itself, this is actually an orchestral remix of the first track in Gourmet Race of Super Star fame. It and one other song have been widely considered to be the themes of King Dedede. The track known as "Gourmet Race" has reappeared as a stage song in Dreamland 3, the 100-Yard Hop theme in Kirby 64, all three Smash Bros. games, the Paint Panic theme in Canvas Curse, and most recently in Dedede's Castle stage in Epic Yarn.
Now the version known as the Fountain of Dreams originated in Melee as the song for the stage of the very area. It returned as the boss theme for, surprise, Dedede in the GBA remake of Kirby's Adventure. Its latest appearance was in Brawl as the other song for the returning Green Greens stage.
EDIT: The Air Ride version is practically the same as the one in Melee/Brawl just with a different looping point, recording quality, and acoustics. Thanks to DarkRain110187 for correcting me on this.

As much as I love Kirby, there's a pretty good reason Mario's Nintendo's mascot. I'd consider Kirby as the HAL Labs mascot since they make the Kirby games. Nintendo just publishes them. It's really all in opinions however.

I haven't noticed this until just now, but the version in Melee is actually performed by a live orchestra, while this one is just all electronic

This is by far the best track in the kirby series, hell it is even better than zero 2 theme.
Sounds more heroic to me than the Melee version. Kirby is an unstoppable force, after all.

yeah, and nearly every feature in the brawl-campaign has been in a kirby-game, for example the labyrinth from amazing mirror, the controls from kirbys fun pak, even the small details like the trains etc.

Smash for Wii U/3DS, or Sm4sh, was appraised and had new fighters, like mega man, and Wii fit trainer as well as Bringing back Mewtwo from Melee. Also, little Mac is not an assist trophy! But, Ice Climbers, Snake, Pokemon Trainer, and few others were removed. Smash ultimate however, threw that whole formula down the drain and said F### it let’s bring everyone back! And they added Ridley, Inciniroar, and king k Rool. Also, Piranha plant, joker, the hero from Dragon quest, and Banjo Kazooie! Also the next two Pokémon games, Sword and Shield, Removed the national dex.

Hal, more specifically Sakurai but he left the company by the time Air Ride was developed, is the creator of both Smash Bros and Kirby so it's normal for them to "copy" one another in some aspects. Heck, Brawl and Kid Icarus Uprising copied this game's checklist feature!

i had this but i lend it to my cousin and the game got stuck in there so then i said try to get it out he said ok when i went to his house a couple of weeks later he said that he sold the wii with the game and i was pist off and i told him you owe me thirty dollars for one of my favorite games and he said no you owe me 200 dollars for my wii and im still pist off at himm this day and for the rest off my life

Well.., they sound noticeably different, but that doesn't mean the composition is different. They seem "very similar" because their composition is in fact identical. Aside from the acoustics and better recording quality, the only major difference in Air Ride's track is the way the song loops: the flutes and plucking strings segment got cut off to keep the pace racy; the segment after 2:28 should connect to 1:29-1:40 before looping back to 0:10.
Losing eleven seconds is just called a slight edit.

It alternates between 0:00-0:10 and 1:29-1:40, so technically, we lost a full minute and a half, due to the coda.
Just cause the chorus is the same, doesn't mean it's the same part of the song.
It's 0:00-0:10, then 0:11-1:29, then 1:29-1:40, then 0:11-1:29 again, before looping back to 0:03-0:10 at the 2:35 mark
So, we effectively lost half the loop. Everything between 1:29 and 2:35 is gone. Yes, I'm aware most of that is a repeat of the part that's still there, but not all of it!
