Before I do anything else with my Saturday I just want to say thank you, you've helped in ways I dont think you intended too, I am new to IT and I'm learning all the basics with a fundamentals course, but I wanted to learn practical things to do if issues go wrong with a desktop so I can be ready for an entry level job. As you gave the possible solutions it jogged my memory of things I know and helps me to see how they are connected ie hardware issues or software issues. I've spent 6 hours from this morning writing out your every word on this video, had to rewind a few times in each segment so I didn't miss anything hence why it took so long. I've also added a few extra things you could do especially with internal not working (cables lol) im going to study everything I've written and practice everything you said pretending I have each issue, I have an IT tutor from india who will watch over me while I practice, after 4 weeks im gonna start studying for my a+. Thanks again.

The only thing I'd suggest is that the repair options be listed is the order that they should be tried. Such as, making sure cables are connected correctly would be item number one for some of the issues.

I have a Dell Inspiron 15.3552 with Windows 10 Home version 1909. Now unsupported.
Some files seem to be missing.
It was suggested to do command prompts SFC/SCAN NOW and DISM.
ScanNow won't load, I left it on all night. Cannot find a how-to on DISM for that version.
I'm wondering if these RegEdit files are the right thing for a deep scan.
This thing is slower than molasses yet has a lot of GB memory available plus the 4GB RAM. And I used God Mode, which only goes to Window 7, to clean up memory as much as I know how to do.
Also, is there a way to access the last upgrades for Windows 10 even though it's unsupported?
I'm not good at computers in general, which is why I need step by step instructions.

Every time I try to download an iso from a well known file sharing site, it changes it to a dat file, as in it is listed as a dat file instead of iso. It's driving me nuts. Any ideas?

Problem #2, after you've uninstalled each USB controller under Device Manager, then what?
Usually a reboot or using "scan for new devices" will force Windows to reinstall whatever the most compatible drivers it has available. But yes that should have been explained.

my pc has an issue where i cant type (except for some keys), when i try to open for example chrome or steam, it doesnt work and a window pops up, when i press esc it switches for example from steam to chrome, when i press shift it changes the keyboard language. ive been dealing with this issue for almost 2 years. i also reset my pc a few times and i also sent it to a pc repair but it still wasnt fixed

Bad front panel connectors most likely the power switch pin is bad. Might want to replace it
I dont know what the problem is called but whenever i try to click something in the task bar(power off, settings select) everything just acts out of control like its spamming every select option and when i try selecting something it doesn't do anything.
