    🎉🎉Grand Marnier Soufflés 🎉🎉
    WHAT YOU WILL NEED
    • 2 heat-proof ramekins (8 oz each) buttered and sugared
    • 2 large eggs, separated
    • 3 tablespoons melted butter (1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons)
    • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons)
    • 1/4 cup half & half
    • 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
    • 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier
    • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/4 cup white sugar
    • Powdered sugar for garnish
    HOW IT IS MADE
    1. Whisk all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until hot and slightly thickened (around 180°F).
    2. Remove from heat, strain to remove any overcooked egg particles, and let cool.
    3. Add fresh orange zest to the sauce, if desired.
    4. Serve ice-cold sauce with hot soufflés.
    Makes Two Soufflés

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED
    • 1 cup half & half
    • 1/3 cup white sugar
    • 2 large egg yolks
    • 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier
    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    HOW IT’S MADE
    1. Whisk all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until hot and slightly thickened
    2. Remove from heat, strain to remove any overcooked egg particles, and let cool.
    3. Add fresh orange zest to the sauce, if desired.
    4. Serve ice-cold sauce with hot soufflés.
