    You’re one of the reasons I bought this same exact bike in December. Same year same color everything. Absolutely in love with it. Thanks for all the work you put in👍🏼

    I bought a 2007 Versys in perfect condition. Previously I had a Diversion, SV 650 and Hornet 600. Versys is such a mixture of genres. A bit of a tourist, naked, crossover and supermoto. Lots of torque and does wheelies wonderfully

    I saw this exact bike, used, sitting next to a ninja 650, also used, when my son and I were looking for a bike for him last fall. He chose the ninja, of course, he is 22. But I am an adv rider (VSTROM 1000) and tried to talk him into the Versys. I should have bought the Versys, just because I know it’s a great bike and affordable. Not that I needed another bike, I have 3, but because somebody I know will want to get into a bike and these are great bikes, even for the beginner.

    In 2020 I bought a cheap 2012 Ninja 650 after being bikeless for 20 years. It was too cramped but I liked the parallel twin engine so I traded it in for a new but old stock 19 Versys. For me the Versys really is a jack of all trades and the later ones have better suspension and brakes and are noticeably smoother. I occasionally miss the Ninja’s manic 7k up power delivery but for everything else the slightly calmer but still fun Versys wins. I look at other bikes (Like the KTM890R) but as an allround package and considering what I use the bike for the Versys really can’t be beaten.

    For the money, comfort, and reliability, they are hard to beat. Add the price point, and you really can’t blame people for getting this bike. While I get why people buy Indians and Harleys, imagine how much more they could do with a bike like this, and be more comfortable while doing it.

    I paid $3,700 for my 2009 Verseys 650 with just 5,050 miles on it.
    It came with a Highway worthy windscreen, (and the stock one) Musarri exhaust (and the stock one) Soft bags, and brand new Dunlops already installed on in !
    Mine is in near mint condition, (showroom clean) ! It has the same Light Green Sparkle Paint as your bike, except my Tank Stickers are Black, rather than White.
    (It's Awesome) ! ! !
    The previous two owners only rode this bike 5,050 miles in 12 years !
    I easily put 2,000 miles on it in my first 10 days of ownership !
    Here's five more reasons to buy a Versys 650.
    #5 They get great gas milage.
    Average; 48 MPG
    #4 (Status) People will often assume that you are rich when you are riding a shiny Sport / Touring Motorcycle.
    #3 Convenience stores tellers will always let you use the restroom (without even buying anything, first)
    #2 Chicks dig motorcycle rides.
    #1 A spare helmet that's DOT approved only cost $50 ! ! !

    Bought a 2009 last month for my first bike, it is a awesome bike! Question for you, when you threw on that two brothers exhaust, did you have to retune your versys to get the most of your new exhaust? I wanna replace the stock exhaust but was told retuning might be mandatory.

      It's still Awesome !

    • @Dailycozwerks
      @Dailycozwerks  ปีที่แล้ว

      The seat is really good. It being flatter than the OEM seats helps to better disperse your weight and eliminates the hot spots. Foam is supportive without being too hard.

    Thanks mate

    • @Dailycozwerks
      @Dailycozwerks  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Definitely! Tire choice goes a long way. I have taken it off road with the factory tires and was fine, but once I added Pirelli MT60RS tires I was handling hard off road stuff with ease. Thanks for watching, and double thanks if you subscribed. I appreciate the support.
