Is it okay for me to start a home bakery even though I’m a teenager?. I have at least two specialties and my family friends likes it and sometimes mention me to other people but I wasn’t confident enough to sell it.
You can start ANYTIME!! It's best to start selling to friends and family first so you can learn, adjust, and get more orders through word of mouth marketing.
Well nutter butter.... Everyone loves my cakes, my flavors, designs, but even though they all say they want to order, they never do. 2 ppl wanted Wedding Cake, but neither have a date or a cake idea in mind. Most ppl just wanted me to give them away. I was also asked to do the cakes for a bake sale fund raiser. I don't mind but I am not so sure it will drum up any business for me. IDK.
Hi! Ah that is frustrating I'm so sorry! Are these people you are referring to your friends and family? It can be difficult especially in the beginning to have people close to you pay you for your services.
