This happened with a meat company that dismissed one of its workers. The employee was a sales representative for the business but also marketed and sold her own biltong.     so sad , there's nothing to discuss .... close down that meat company, they can't sort out the workers than close business.... there's nothing to be afraid of , you've got nothing to loose and nothing to gain if the business stay open.

    What if the worker stole the meat to make biltong? There is really no need to discuss anything here. Fire the employee
