This game is dope. Almost finished with the medium play through. Hard is up next. Like resident evil, cannot wait to run through the next difficulty level. So much action!
Just finished the first level on normal. I was looking if I was the only one struggeling. This game can call itself bullethell for sure. But man does it rock. No bs, just shoot everything on site and make it look cool
I love bullethell games, this was a real disappointment to be honest. 30$ down the drain

The game is superb - the graphics and gameplay put everything in the shade. I think it's cool that you have to work out the rules first and then understand them. In this respect, it is also a very rewarding puzzle game - a must not only for shoot "n" up fans
puzzle game lol. all you have to do is strafe back and forth, never stopping , or go in circles while blasting away and picking up those energy pickups. its pretty easy and simple since the enemies only aim at the player where they are at that point in time so there;s never really any danger or thought needed. having said that, I'm glad you enjoy it

This looks pretty cool tho! Not my type of game, but it does look quite interesting.
I'm very glad you covered this game. I've been looking forward to it for a long long time and have heard absolutely nothing new about it until now.
Worth it, no not really no
First of all, THIS IS NOT A SKY FORCE CLONE
and if possible buy it on Steam, Xbox / PC cause if you don't like this game and you wand a refund, you still have a chance.
Playstation is off the table
This is a textbook example that gorgeous graphics are not enough

Speed, this is a speed demon, and that’s not a good thing (Maybe if it were adjustable)
2 million things to keep track of, feels like a Cod Modern Warfare Ultra Sweat Lobby Nothing shouts ”Casual” at all in this game, this will cater to only a select few people
Stutter even on really fast hardware storage options with over 300gb free on internal SSD
lag in the controls even with brand new controllers

I wish it would be a Skyforce clone at least. It's a very bad game. Quitted it after 41 min and deleted it 😢
This reminded me about some of the scathing reviews for this game on its steam page
Konami aren't even to blame beyond publishing but they are still catching bullet hell.
I purchased on PS5. I'm a solo player. 2 hours in, still on 1st level Lol 😆 I gave up. Until they add an online co-op mode, I'm done. It's literally the dark souls of shootem ups.
oh its a scroller style game, a lot of those lately they must be cheaper to make. This one looks like it has some effort put into it at least, nice to see a company care about their game.👍
I was excited to play a shoot 'em up game from a bigger publisher. As an enjoyer of the genre that's not something I see a lot.
But from the promotional materials and later gameplay, it seems pretty obvious to me that the game is half baked and extremely shallow. To the point that I decided to not even try it. The feedback from seasoned players only confirmed my fears.
I am how non-fans of shmups experienced the game though.

Your take on the shmup genre was a bit odd but I enjoyed hearing your thoughts on this game. I would love to see the genre have a true comeback, though I'm not sure I'd want them to be like this. Longer, definitely, but I'm not the biggest fan of RPG elements in my games. 😅

Nice visuals but sadly this is eurosmup with all of their faults. Once again someone thought that making hard to control player with way too high movespeed and inertia in a genre that needs precision movements was a good idea. Probably justified it with realism or visuals or whatever, willing to sacrifice the actual gameplay for it. All the enemy bullets are aimed to player instead of interesting patterns and they are fast. Slap shields to player as band aid but after that the game is more about absorbing hits with shields rather than dodging... All that is left is empty spectacle behind which is a shitty game whose makers clearly don't know how to design a shoot' em up. But hey its fine, they can just say that "this wasn't made to the fans of the genre."
In the end I just feel pity that the high production values got wasted on this, making the game actually good instead of just flashy wouldn't have cost them any more... Just some different design choices and this could have been so so great...
Feel so bad for folks getting duped by this. Buy literally any other stg.
