२. back - 20ft (can put window, west)
3. both side leanth-51 (if back side put window less 5ft And we can not put window both leanth side) , north and south
4. In south back side can put ventilesan
5. in north front side After 22 ft can put ventilesan

Very good presentation
Plan is very good.. But the step of stairs going up starts near the kitchen, there is wastage of space below the stairs.. If the stair is arranged as going up near the Bed room, the space below the stair can be attached to the kitchen, making it bigger.. You get a spacious Kitchen. Also, the new trend in Gulf and Western countries is keeping the Kitchen open, giving a much more spacious look..

1. Bedroom size must not be less then 12×14'
2. Bath 🛁 size must be 4'-6" x 8' minimum s
3. Staircase landing width or stairs width must be not less then 3'3"
4. Kitchen 8'x10'
Note. No where we write on plan Bath and latrine it's either we write Bath or wc
