May god fulfill your wish. But consider their age factor too. For elderly persons it is difficult to use stairs (it is my experience, not necessary to fit this to all)

Finally a beautifully designed home without alot of windows. I love the rectangular windows and solid side walls. I don't feel safe with windows in the bedroom due to hurricane season. Love how stylish the home is. Excellent!

The only problem of this house design is that, the stair going to the balcony is only coming from the second floor master bedroom… what I mean is if you have guest/friends they can access the master bed room first before going to the balcony for me that is not ideal because you are giving up your privacy. I would rather suggest the this design should have another stair going to balcony without breaking the privacy of master bedroom.
The bedroom itself is open, which is a huge problem. People could walk up and invade your privacy anytime. I'd like my bedroom door locked as much as possible.

It is definitely a very nice design which can be enlarged a little bit depending on the size of the lot.
This will fit a townhouse like structure where there are neighbors on both sides.
cons: No dining area which is very important for the family, The terrace on the 2nd floor is a waste of space. I think move the bedroom beside living room to 2nd floor and replace with the living room, and the living room replace with dining area.

I wouldn’t have a master bedroom bigger than the living room. A family needs a larger room to sit together. One of the bedrooms could even have a Murphy bed to maximise the space.

"A little bit in different design" ... There should be a american style master kitchen, master bedroom & attached inside enterance master bathroom in the Ground floor . All the recreational stuff goes on Top floor . The Porch is awesome.

Нет столовой, где можно принять гостей и всей семьёй удобно обедать по выходным. И спальня на 2 этаже лишена приватности - нет стены. Поэтому нет звукоизоляции.

What is the software
Me encanta esta casa 😍 Incluso si estas encajonado puedes hacer unos pequeños cambios y queda igual de bonita. La ventana de la cocina la orientas hacia la terraza tracera, también la de el baño que quede hacia la terraza. La parte de la terraza la extiende hasta el segundo piso y le dejas el escape de aire hacia el segundo piso. Puedes poner plantas en la terraza entre el baño y cocina. En la parte de el cuarto solo recorre el closet hacia el frente para dejar que siga la ventilación. Pon un closet más pequeño a un costado de el baño. Después la televisión en la pared subiendo las escaleras. Pará terminar cambiaría la posición de la cama para que quede abajo de la ventana. Pará terminar movería la ventana donde estaba el closet. Por último poner una puerta en el cuarto, ya que me encanta mi privacidad, casi lo olvido por question es de seguridad pondría rejas en el corredor de enfrente. JAJAJAJA Neta me gustaría un casa así.
