In case of currupton kindly Dila 1064. As per Civil and Criminal Manual, for ordinary copy charge is Rs. 4 per page and for Urgent copy charge is Rs. 7 per page. you can get urgent copy within 24 hrs to 48 hrs. In case you did not get it then cost of copy is cosider as ordinary.

Thanks a lot, I successfully applied and got certified copy of my decided cases, first time it was really hard to get certified copy as even the official was not aware that parties (petitioner / Respondent ) can apply and get coies with advocate and they asked for identification on ID proof etc. However recently second time when I applied I got certified copies in 3 workding days, yes there is some level of awareness is required like which court your file is and sometime you need to go back and forth to see if you file sent to copy department and if yes then can provide you certified copy of it. I have one question related to this how we can use a photocopy of a certified copy as certified copy? is there a procedure do we need to get the photocopy of certified copy from any authorized officer or we can file photocopy with Fe-davit.

Client has no forum. Client does know the rules and regulations already persecuted by cheating and again cheated. Juniors also don’t give anything as they are not paid. You will have to study law basics to find a good lawyer. You should study crpc and evidence act atleast..if the case has already been filed against you. If civil case, then CPC instead of crpc. Evidence act is the same in both cases. You should know the basics yourself. Become mini lawyer. Thts the only way.

Victime ke byan me reader ne mistake Kiya ab hum byan dubara byan karvane ke liye application lag diye. Ab police ka jo Challan bna ha usme 161 ka byan juth likha ha police wale accuse ko bchane ke liye ealiye hum us byan ko support ni kr rhe ha jiske wajah se hume hostile bnaya ja raha ha. Court ka jo PP ha vo bolta ha ki case khatm ho jayega agar police ke byan ko support ni karoge to ab ap btado Sir hum Kya kre case district court me chal raha ha hum accuse ko saja dilwane chahte ha.
