2024 Bow Hunting Saskatchewan Black Bear - Friesen's Outfitting

We made the trek to northern Saskatchewan to hunt Black Bear for four days with our friend Joel Owner of Friesen's Outfitting aka Sask Hunts!

Cub is definitely dying for sure now.

The cub is fine. The sow “female” had a white blaze on her chest. This much larger boar “male” was solid black. The cub is safer now that this big boar isn’t trying to kill him and eat him so the sow will go back into heat so he can mate. Educate yourself.

No doubt that was a sow. Unfortunately that little guy will die. Mamma never had a chance to show it how to den up.
Outfitters need to educate their clients.

@@MrBowmanmt well considering I shot a male and the cub walked away with the female he’s just fine. More safe if anything cause how the bore won’t try to eat the cub

If you listen you hear me say “I forgot to hit record when he came out” after the sow and cub RAN off cause he was coming in. The sow had a WHITE blaze on her chest. Do you see a blaze on this solid black boar? I’m not stupid I know what I killed.
