If we make someone do something we use base form V1
She wrote a letter - ఆమె ఒక లెటర్ రాసింది (She - doer of the action)
I made her write a letter (her doer of the action)
But if we get something done and not referring to who did that then we use past participle
I got a letter written ( Letter receiver of the action)
I had my bike repaired (Bike receiver of the action)
I will have my car washed ( my car receiver of the action)
