This was done using the paint menu, the actual camouflage pattern, which you can change the colors on, I think was limited mission reward. You can probably replicate it with another camouflage pattern as long as it's one that you can change the colors on.
I used one of the HG color patterns - the one with all the hexes - to replicate some of the two-toned parts on the legs and chest. The rest was just the standard paint options.

I think it’s actually based on a Zudah rather than a Zaku
Its hard to tell. But it has bits of Zaku, Zudah and Dom on the outside.
