We Eurofans have a lot to thank Italy for introducing us to this utterly bizarre show from another age that never fails to deliver on meme content and utterly amazing music in equal measure 😂🇮🇹
4:30 Just to make it clearer to foreigners: Amadeus is so devoted to Inter FC that he called his son (the boy at 4:41) José (in honour of Mourinho who brought the team to the "triplete" in 2010). That AC Milan scarf on him is pure blasphemy. 🤣🤣🤣
Emma & Francesca were absolutely the best. "Conducting" from Francesca, picking Hit Me Baby One More Time as their cover while everyone were picking Italian classic under 1985, you can't be more iconic😎
@@victorfries8859 Yeah but it's not about the language, look also at the song itself they chose, it's for anything but not for Sanremo (stereotypically, I mean)
@@escserg6731 there were also many other songs that stereotypically aren't "Sanremo-ish" but of course you can't understand it because you're unable to
OMG! You included FantaSanremo "competition"❤ It put an important effort for singers, for their performances!! Final top 3 of FantaSanremo: 1. Emma (525 points) 2. Dargen D'Amico (395 points) 3. Tananai (365 punti)
Because it's typical of self-deprecating Italians. They say "Sanremo is the mirror of Italian mediocrity so it sucks, all the song suck, etc." or the boomers say "It was good only 30 years ago , now it's trash". I love foreign fans, they are much more positive
Italian here and I just don't like it because it's just too long. The songs and the music are not the real focus, it could have been more like the eurovision imo with only the final being longer. I hate that during that week it's like the only thing happening on Rai.
@@colombosmarco It's more like a tradition or a show than a competition, it's followed by millions of people so they focus a lot on it. It's definetly not a selection for Eurovision nor a talent.
It would be funny if we would see those too at the beginning of the show and they would be like “Where are we ? Isn’t this Sanremo ?” And then the real hosts would replace them

I had so much fun watching Sanremo this year... and the chaotic duo of Mahmood and Blanco... Poor Mahmood 😂
I've seen this joke around.
