I have read the judgment referred by Mr.Chandru who is known to have been an upright judge. Justice Swaminathan's verdict and the points he has raised in delivering the verdit has nothing weird about it. He has given such a detailed and clearcut verdict. I find it weird and sad that Mr.Chandru chose to call a fellow-judge weird, shrinking his pages of verdict into one line. Christianity is a worldwide religion and compared to it Hinduism is restricted to very few regions globally. When this being the case Mr.Chandru citing a judgement just like that and claiming that Christians are being treated as insignificant lot here is divisive and unwarranted. Calling Hinduism 'gutter' - is it not maligning the religion concerned?

Nobody is perfect cent per cent.....one cannot criticize judge but judgement can be challenged in higher courts.....chandru's judgements were also subject to criticism, said to have favoured certain parties whereas he comments on another judge.....that judge seemed to have told, "ambddkar can tell but u can't tell".....this is practical.....in t.n. all are criticizing only Brahmans but not other caste persons even if they commit blunders......chandru's political mentors can criticize Hindu gods and praise other religious gods but Hindus cannot give tit for tat....why he doesn't talk about it ?????..........does this chandru has balls to condemn ex-judges karnan, balakrishnan etc., etc. ? It clearly shows his aversion towards a caste only....how that caste person expect right thinking from him ???? It is utter shame on his part.
