How to clean and wash the Philips LatteGo 3200 coffee maker

Cleaning the coffee maker - washing the coffee maker - coffee machine cleaning, washing and care
Cleaning and Maintenance Regular cleaning and maintenance keeps the machine in top condition and ensures good tasting coffee for a long time with a continuous flow of coffee. See the table below for a detailed description of when and how to clean all removable parts of the machine. You can find more detailed information and video instructions at care-coffee/com.philips.www. See the figure for an overview of the parts that can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Removing the brew group from the machine 1 Turn off the machine. 2 Remove the water tank and open the service door (Figure 20). 3 Press the PUSH handle (Figure 21) and slide it onto the priming kit handle to remove it from the machine (Figure 22)
Cleaning the brew group Regular cleaning of the brew group prevents coffee residue from clogging the internal circuits. Visit care-coffee/com.philips.www for support videos on how to remove, install and clean the brew group. Clean the brew group under the tap
1- Remove the preparation assembly (see 'Removing and installing the preparation assembly
2- Rinse the preparation kit well with water. Carefully clean the upper filter (Figure 30) of the preparation group
3- Allow the prep kit to air dry before putting it back on. Do not dry the preparation kit with a cloth to prevent fibers from collecting inside the preparation kit.
Cleaning the brewing group with degreasing tablets Use only Philips degreasing tablets.
1- Place a cup under the coffee spout. Fill the water tank with fresh water
2- Place a coffee deoiling tablet in the ground coffee chamber
3- Press the coffee icon, then press the Flavor Strength icon for 3 seconds to choose the pre-ground coffee function
4- Do not add ground coffee. Press the start/stop button to start the brewing cycle. When half a cup of water is brewed, unplug the machine
5- Allow the coffee oil removing solution to act for at least 15 minutes
6- Insert the mains plug back into the wall socket and turn on the machine to complete the brewing cycle. Empty the cup
7- Remove the water tank and open the service door. Remove the brewing assembly (see 'Removing the brewing assembly from the machine') and rinse well under the tap
8- Reinstall the brewing group and water tank and place a cup under the coffee spout. 73 English Arabic 9 Press the coffee icon and then press the Flavor Strength icon for 3 seconds to select the pre-ground coffee function. Do not add ground coffee. Press the start/stop button to start the brewing cycle. Repeat this twice. Empty the cup.
Lubrication of the brewing group Lubricate the brewing group every two months, to ensure that the moving parts continue to move smoothly
1- Apply a thin layer of grease to the piston (gray part) of the brewing group
2- Apply a thin layer of grease around the column (gray part) at the bottom of the brewing group)
3- Apply a thin layer of grease to the bars on both sides.
Cleaning the LatteGo device (milk container) Clean the LatteGo device after each use
1- Remove the LatteGo device from the machine
2- Pour the remaining milk
3- Press the release button and remove the milk container from the LatteGo frame
4- Clean all parts in the dishwasher or under the tap with lukewarm water and some washing up liquid
Cleaning the Classic Milk Frother Cleaning the Classic Milk Frother after every use Clean the Classic Milk Frother every time you use it for hygiene reasons and to avoid the build-up of milk residue.
1- Place a cup under the milk frother
2- Press the steam icon and then press the start/stop button to start distributing the steam and removing any milk that may be inside the milk frother
3- To stop steam distribution after a few seconds, press the start/stop button again
4- Clean the milk frother with a damp cloth.
Daily cleaning of the Classic Milk Frother
1- Allow the milk frother to cool completely
2- Tilt the milk frother to the left and remove both the metal part and the silicone part (Figure
3- Disassemble the two parts and rinse them with fresh water or clean them in the dishwasher. Make sure the small hole in the metal tube is completely clean and not blocked by milk residue
4- Reassemble the two parts of the milk frother and return the milk frother to the machine.
