You should definitely check out NCT 127 “Simon Says”, “Limitless (performance ver) and “Chain” next! And then eventually go on to check out the other NCT units such as NCT Dream & their project groups NCT 2018 & NCT 2020 (where all the NCT members at that point in time perform in one video)

this is one of my favorites! SM, the label that NCT is under, works with some of the best producers, composers, and writers within Kpop. If yall get a chance, a deep dive into their discography is a MUST. All of the subunits have amazing b-sides.
I love how at the beginning they were a lot more calm going into reactions and saying they might not go to a concert unless with their daughter took them or something,
But then just got increasingly more hype with each MV to where now they’re jumping out of chairs, got playlists, tier-lists, and pulling whole charts out for it lol.

Superhuman is the Bohemian Rhapsody of Kpop. The amount of intricacy in the musicality is such a blessing for us musicians. Not to forget how uplifting the lyrics are which fits the overall theme of being "Superhuman"
They really be goin hard with the futuristic theme and we also love how they're playing with spaces in the music. Also, the perfect VFX editing with cinematic camerawork makes this concept extremely Untouchable! (You can pause every seconds and you'll still get beautiful cinematic shots in every frames. No single ugly frame)
I seriously never found any Kpop song that could compete with Superhuman in 2019. It is really a banger. Powerful, delicate and intricate. It's PERFECT!

Very underrated, how the song and video is produced is just under appreciated! NCT now has a heavy rotation on my spotify playlist and it started with this song.

I had told myself I would never get into NCT because of how many members there were, but literally the second I heard the chorus of Superhuman, I needed to look up the full song - and the rest is history 🥴😭 I was actually *really* surprised later on to realize that it was one of their more underrated songs. It's honestly a masterpiece, genuinely one of the best songs in all of kpop (and for context I've been a kpop fan for 10 years now ahaha)

The choreo is MJ inspired. The guy wearing white gloves is Haechan and he's a huge fan of Michael Jackson he even dressed up as MJ in the famous SM Entertainment's halloween party.
I don't know the video editor, but one of the songwriters for Superhuman is Adrian McKinnon (one of my favorite songwriters). Also, SM has been working with so many black artist, musician, songwriter, producer, composer for a long time such as Teddy Riley, Adrian McKinnon, Tay Jasper, Blackstreet members, 112 members, The Stereotypes, The Underdogs, Dewain Whitmore Jr, Patrick "J.Que" Smith, OFM to name a few.
SM also has special videos of tribute to Michael Jackson, collaborating with Siedah Garrett, Verdine White, Stanley Clarke, and Myron Mckinley Trio for Man In The Mirror. NCT and Exo's member Lay collaborated with Jason Derulo for Shut Up and Dance as a tribute.
It's awesome that you started with NCT! They are insanely great, and not often people dig in the K'pop rabbit hole with this group! They end up finding out about them way later. 2020 has definitely been NCT's golden year, those who didn't know who NCT was, They know now that's for sure! Straight Fire, they are so special, their concep so dinstinctive, absolute kings in their game
I remember when I first saw this MV and was sooo shook because of how amazing it was! But then NCT 127 went on a 1st American tour and korean fans boycotted the comeback that's why Superhuman doesn't have that many views...the whole song deserves better

NCT are just such an amazing group, and sooo unique both musically and because of their "unlimited members" concept. I can't wait to see y'all react to NCT Dream too! In your free time, u may check their bside tracks esp their Neozone album. I suggest fpr you to also react of read some nct guides. I suggest guides by Softjun. The Kpop groups and structure gives Kpop a difference whwn it comes to their artistry, and NCT is definitely Top tier, discography wise. Their vocal range and concepts are unique, and the members' personalities are great. They are also funny and interesting. I hope someday you would get tye opportunity to also work with Kpop for ypur music and craft. I am glad u enjoyed Superhuman. Its an all time favorite for me too.

Hi, I'm ARMY-UK and this was the song that introduced me to NCT127, I couldn't stop playing it (and watching the MV), I must have watched it 100s of times and I still get chills now. It is just out of this world in every way, beat, vocals, choreo, and the MV is next level (and we are all used to Korean quality by now, but it never ceases to amaze me). Other favourites of theirs are "Highway to Heaven" and "Kick It", of course. Love your reactions, working my way through them!

All Korean K-ROP boys, no matter what group they are Super Human - Super talented, super hardworking, working 15 hours a day from a very young age - non stop. At the age of 15-20 they are already Super Human, their human physical abilities and talents know no bounds.
The most cinematic Asian pop video is Lay's Lit. (He's active as a Chinese solo artist, but he's also a member of kpop group EXO, seniors to NCT). Lay paid for it himself. You will die watching it.
@ActionFredo from a videographer standpoint I think you'd really like Stray Kids' Back Door, and GOT7's Breath and Last Piece. There are behind the scenes for the filming of GOT7's videos and you can see how meticulous they had to be for the transitions.
I think you guys would also really like Taemin. He's a soloist but also a member of kpop group SHINee, also seniors of NCT.
SuperM is a super group consisting of members from NCT, EXO, and SHINee, so they're a good introduction to the other groups

The one you asked about is Taeyoung. Leader and dad to 22 wild guys. Another member Mark (the other rapper/from Canada) is the only other member in more sub units than Taeyoung. Mark is all of them except WayV, he is not of Chinese background. And WayV is all the Chinese members. The only one that Taeyoung is not in (besides WayV) is NCT DREAM. Dream are for the members under 20. They had a graduation system, but ended up with only 2 members so the all the members back into dream. They have some good songs as well, like "Go", "We Go Up," "Boom Boom," and "Ridin." I know you have seen a lot of U...and you getting thru WayV as well as 127...so maybe this will help

I'm not sure if anyone has told you guys, but the company that NCT are with is called SM entertainment. And in 2019 they put together a group that was made up of members of several different groups into one group called Super M. So they have Taeyoung and Mark from NCT (told u they are in every group). Lucas and Ten from WayV, Baekhyun and Kai from another group called EXO. and the last member is Taemin from a group called Shinee. Taemin has been in the business the longest. He is the only member of Shinee because the other three members were in the military. He is called "The Michael Jackson of Korea." They are a group that debuted in America with a song called "Jopping." Also check out "Tiger inside", and "100".

He's actually part of SuperM and a very popular group Shinee as well. MJ was his idol and he incorporates many things from him in his own works, especially dance moves.

Haechan the youngest member of the group is a huge fan of Michael Jackson, cosplaying MJ costumes last Halloween and he might not even born yet when MJ passed away~! NCTs giving me all these 90s vibes to me compare to the rest of the kpop bands out there. Probably that's why I hooked to them in a first place.
