This is different from how I though it's prepared. I thought that you fry the half cooked rice with the vegetables. I guess this is another method. It looks delicious though and presentation looks very appetizing.
Frying half cooked rice and vegetable together will make the vegetable to change it's colour or make them to become too soft. This is exactly how I prepare my fried rice. Love u CHI ❤❤
