I honestly think Posh is one of those people who fears her past and tries to avoid it as much as possible. Maybe it was traumatic for her, I've read that and I think it's too painful for her to go back to.
I think it's more that Victoria has settled into a career behind the scenes. While Emma is hosting a radio show and Mel C is doing music and Mel B is doing TV, she got used to being the mogul behind the action. It is a different thing to get back on stage yourself.

Without the three of them, the songs would sound very, very different. Victoria actually is a more useful singer than Geri because she has a bigger range than Geri and blends easier when necessary.

That was when Victoria didn't want to do it anymore and she thought it'd be too difficult to do it again as a four piece.
They still have so much chemistry this has literally transported me back to the 90s. No girl band comes close when it comes to chemistry and fun vibe.

It's cos they we're at heart radio and Emma was on air working. That's why she wasn't at the Chris Evans one

Graphic Jack I wouldn’t agree. Victoria did the bass parts in the harmonies. Very important to the timbre of the ensemble!
