Around 3 years ago this channel came into my life. Up to that point I had been seeking God, but the subtle reality that I was trying to discover seemed so far and was just a concept that my mind was trying to understand. The first readings on this channel I heard was from Ramana. The teaching was so simple and told me to silence my mind by bringing awareness to my thoughts. After listening to more I kept getting this same message in other teachings. So I kept practicing to the point where I would have prolong moments of no mind and the subtle reality that was always there had been revealed.
