น้ำเชื่อมจากดอกพวงไข่มุกหรือแอลเดอร์ ทำเองได้ง่ายๆ Elderflowers syrup

ส่วนผสมและวิธีทำน้ำเชื่อมดอกแอลเดอร์
-ดอกแอลเดอร์ 20-25ดอก
-น้ำ1ลิตร
-น้ำมะนาว2ลูก
-น้ำตาลทราย 1กิโลกรัม
วิธีทำ
1. ต้มน้ำให้เดือดเสร็จแล้วปิดไฟ
2.ใส่ดอกไม้ลงไปฝาทิ่งไว้อย่างน้ย30นาที
3. คั้นเอาเฉพาะน้ำออกมา
4.นำไปต้มพร้อมกับใส่น้ำมะนาวและร้ำตาลลงไปค่อยๆคนไปเรื่อยด้วยไฟกลางๆจนน้ำตาลละลายดีใช้เวลาประมาณ20นาที
5. กรอกใส่ขวดโหลในขณะที่กำลังร้อนเพื่อช่วยให้สามารถเก็บน้ำเชื่อมไว้ได้นานหลายเดือน
6. เวลาจะดื่มก็นำมาผสมกับน้ำเย็นๆสามารถใส่ลงบนน้ำแข็งใสได้ (เติมน้ำมะนาวหรือใบมินท์ลงไปได้ตามชอบค่ะ)

- 20-25 elderberry flowers
-1 liter of water
-Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 kilogram of sugar
Method:
1. Bring the water to a boil and turn off the heat.
2. Put the flowers in the lid and leave for at least 30 minutes.
3. Squeeze out only the water.
4. Bring to a boil while adding lemon juice and sugar, slowly stirring over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. It takes about 20 minutes.
5. Fill the jars while they are hot to help preserve the syrup for several months.
6. When you want to drink, mix it with cold water and put it on shaved ice. (Add lemon juice or mint leaves as desired.)
