That chaos zakum tip is amazing, we have chef coppersan roasting bosses while defeatin them. The other boss tips help a lot.

FoxTrot is a teleport for phase 1 Lotus. Both BackStep and FoxTrot are animation cancels

Shade main here (Level 241, 23k STR).
For Hellux, if you stand as close to the middle of the platforms as you can during phase 2, the hand rarely comes up to attack, if at all. You can jump down to dodge & hit the minions and then rope lift up without worrying about Will/Spirit Gate cool down.
Stacona mentions this in the comments already, but you can backstep Lotus laser, though the timing is a bit tricky to nail - it's right as the laser is about to touch you. You can also foxtrot through the laser as long as there are no robo-minions floating around. You'll teleport to the center where Lotus's hitbox is as long as you're facing it.
My strat for H.Magnus is the same - tickle him down until the aura goes down a level, then bind and full burst.
Tip for Chaos Pap: Stack Freud's to 5, drop Dimension Piece, place bind+spirit gate, hit the glowing ball, split, burst, and then by the time Pap is no longer bound, you can stack Freud's to 6. By the time invincibility runs out, hopefully you've entered phase 2.
Does Shade not have enough range to hit Gollux from the edge of the platform in phase 2?
@@StanleyMilgramm It does! But the main reason why I stand in the middle is so I can jump down and hit the little potato minions rather than relying on Spirit Gate or Arachnid Reflection, especially when I didn't have the damage to finish phase 2 that quickly.
@@jamesko5164 I see. I'm just confused by the fact that most people don't seem to know that Gollux doesn't do the hand attack at all if you stand on the edge.

I'm so jealous of legedary Boss and unique Meso IA! could you share your strategy for rolling those lines? Like did you roll 2nd line meso first, then lock, or did you roll boss first, then lock? Thanks!
I actually had more % boss damage but rolled during a sunny sunday when there was a discount. Got the 2nd line meso and started locking that while still trying to get +1 attack speed on the first line. Ended up with less boss damage on the first line in the end haha
May I ask how you have the boss silhouettes appear on hit? Is it an option available now in GMS
yes it is an option now in GMS just go to graphics, it should be there
Hey coppersan I love your videos and actually started playing MapleStory thanks to you! I'm currently lvl 150 on reboot and having trouble finding those purple potions. Maybe you can do a video about and and more useful tips and stuff I would greatly appreciate that!
You can get the purple potions through maple tour, and a good alternative are Ginger Ales. You can get those from the merchant in Showa Town
Hey buddy, you can do maple tour ( through dimensional mirror) and if you clear two runs ( takes no more than 5 minutes) you earn 2 coins. You can buy 100 purple potions for 1 coin :) so a max of 200 a day. Untradeable though, and you can only do maple tour once a day in a server
Also, if you play on eu reboot we can add eachother. I am quite new myself 😁 we can do stuff together if you'd like

Nostalgic Ragnarok Online theme playing in the background extremely silently had me check my sanity for a bit.
I kill some of these bosses too, but do not seem to get as much mesos for selling their crystals as you. Am I missing something? Does Reboot server grant higher mesos for the kills?

Now im coming back to reboot after a long hiatus, highest char is 217 Kanna tho i see they nerfed Kishin. Whats the best way to gear and farm meos so i can actually get to this point on a non Kanna?
ursus and maple tour are a good starting income. The easiest way to get gear is finding carries for cra and lomien. You'll need mesos gear on your main since the grind is long so you might as wel optimise income while doing so
Shame how in regular server you get 1/3 of this profit 😅

Yo coppersan how are you? How is the bosses highlighted in your vid? Is it familiars? And another thing princess no is a 80m crystal and an easy boss to do. You should add her to your weekly run
not coppersan, but for your second question: Settings > Options > Graphics, and then at the bottom there's an option you can enable to Display Silhouettes When Hitting Enemies.
Do this weekly such a quick and easy way to farm

And his burst rotation isn't very optimal NGL, his not doing sprit frenzy after punch and that's where the most of DMG comes from

Oh, yes. Surely anyone can do it. IF they have well enough funded characters. Unfortunately, I'm not in that group. Despite playing for an embarrassing amount of time, I'm still struggling to even beat normal Magnus.
Normal magnus is just stats though, any 210 char that has the burst up should kill him in like 2 bursts

@@chipskylark5500 no it's still my main, now it's 235 about to be 236, however I am still struggling now that my hurricane skill keeps me from moving while attacking which gets me killed often.

And you refuse to watch them because they aren't from coppersan. Seems like you care less about actually getting the info you need, and just more about coppersan making the videos that you want.

if you grind another character to lvl 200, try to incorporate party quests as much as possible for the lols
with 22k bam i have less issues than you do. maybe join a guild and use guild skills to make it easier?
12k shade (with 6k Legion link and Gaskill) can burst down hmag if he runs his burst cycle properly

Pierre is weird for me because sometimes he splits while he is binded and it screws me up. Either that or I don't realize how short my bind is.
Yeah, Pierre eats your bind if you bind him when he has his purple or red hat iirc, I bind only when it has the blue hat on while I have the red hat to easily burst and kill him.
@@DallySkyeAnims thats interesting. Until now, sometimes my best strategy is to wait until they split, kill myself and then bind and burst. My character is lara btw.

The switching of hats is at fixed intervals, even when you bind him so you should bind and burst asap.
My main is a lvl 255 Phantom with 42k stat but I've been too lazy to learn how to kill Lotus/Damien/Lucid or anything harder 😬

Phantom might not be the strongest class but with those stats you should be able to ignore the mechanics, no?
Same bro I'm 260 and have only beaten lucid 3 or 4 times. Never done Will or anything higher. I'll never get arcanes :( lol
