Hermle Robotersystem RS 05-2 adaptiert an ein Bearbeitungszentrum C 250

Das Robotersystem RS 05-2 kann an fünf verschiedene Hermle Bearbeitungszentren (C 250, C 400, C 12, C 22 oder C 32) adaptiert werden. Mit einem Platzbedarf von knapp 2 m² baut das Robotersystem sehr kompakt. Das System kann je nach Anwendungsfall mit unterschiedlichsten Speichermodulen ausgestattet werden. Als System mit Einfachmatrize, einem Speicher mit fünf Teleskopschubladen mit Matrizenablage, einem Palettenspeicher oder auch als Kanban-System. Modularität steht an oberster Stelle.
The robot system RS 05-2 can be adapted to five different Hermle machining centres (C 250, C 400, C 12, C 22 or C 32). With a footprint of roughly 2 m², the robot system is extremely compact. The system can be equipped with a huge variety of different storage modules according to requirements: as a system with a single die, a storage unit with five telescopic drawers and die storage, a pallet storage unit - or as a Kanban system. Modularity is the watchword.

It looked like the Kuka robot was going scratch his back for him for a minute their ;-) LOVE that drawer system that's really smart ! Cool that that plays nice on the C-250, hopefully that automation rig is commensurately affordable ?
