If you don’t have £83 for this I have found you can use a 6 inch or so inflatable Pilates ball partially inflated.
Also much less painful on site sacrum.

I liked the review but the volume was a little bit low

My volume was low as well and I had my computer volume at 100%. Then I checked on the video and it had another volume. That fixed it.

I got this yesterday but for less than half what it regularly cost. Trying to properly align it but just can’t seem t get it right. I have sciatica n I heard this helps. Any suggestions how to properly place it where it needs to be? Wish I could see it better when u were layin on the floor with it.

Do you think this is good to realign the si joint when you already have mobility? I’m hypermobile and my si joint goes out of alignment pretty often.

How about doing round the clock in feldenkrais or Hanna somatic naturally...

Is it worth the $75 price tag?

No. I got it and you can literally do it on the floor normally. I actually think its better to do it without it. But they seem to think it offers a "better stretch" if they lowered the price to 25$ it be a better risk worth taking.

Absolutely worth it. If you do it on the floor with your spine touching there is no way to do it correctly. You will not isolate the muscles it targets. I play golf - huge game changer for me.

That looks way too small and way less effective than a simple yoga ball. Hell I could create on of those little money wasters my self.

It's definitely not too small. The muscles it stretches don't stretch more than its range of motion. But it's for a very specific area. For me a yoga ball was NOT getting those little muscles.
